Great way to get vitamins and minerals.
I have almost total food intolerance and I have been using very expensive supplements without binders or fillers. I had to buy each vitamin/mineral separately and spent about £80 per month. I now use these and the vitamin C patches as well and they are great. Less than a quarter of the price. I also could not tolerate vitamin c supplements in any form orally and so these are correcting my deficiency. I have more energy and mood is better. They also contain methyltetrahydrofolate, the converted form of folate and not folic acid which I can't absorb. Marvellous!

l am very grateful for this product. l suffer from chronic gasthritis for 20 years and l coudn't get any form of vitamin C orally so this patch was a miracle for me. After only 2 weeks l noticed that my gums were healing my hormones were more balanced than before and my hair and skin was regenerating and glowing . Thank you PATCH MD for giving this opportunity to me to regain my health.

Waist of money
None of these patches work. It is a waste of money. I have had blood test done and they do not work.
