Item is good quality and came well packaged. Definitely keeps drinks hot and cold for long periods of time. I wanted this for use in our pram cup holder and can confirm it doesn’t leak when closed even though it’s bouncing around. The temperature of the outside of the cup seems to stay the same regardless of the temperature of the liquid inside, it doesn’t even get warm from a boiling drink which is good.To open/close to drink, you press the middle button in the lid. The only slight negative is that when you first make a hot drink you can’t push the button in due to the steam inside, you have to slightly unscrew the lid to release some of the pressure to then press the button. It then works fine after this. This was also noted in the instructions that came with the cup.Overall, very pleased

Cute cup, does not leak and have very cute colour. However it is not very comfortable to drink specially at the end, I have to open and drink. Also it is very painful to wash and there is coffee left inside the lid that you cannot wash and some times pieces of dirt comes out when you drink. To be honest if I knew wouldn’t buy it

Keeps hot drinks really hot while outside of cup is cool. Press button to open spout comfortable to drink from no sharp edges. Easy to clean. No leaks. Haven't used with cold drink. Would highly recommend and would buy again.
