Fits nice and snug

I've always had windscreen mounted phone holders in the past, and if there were a decent position on my current car, that's probably what I'd still use. But there isn't this time, it always felt like it was obstructing my view. So I tried vent securing phone holders which were ideally positioned, but I'll just never be confident of them not doing damage to the vent eventually. My phones not that light and most vents aren't designed with bearing weight in mind, let alone a weight bouncing on potholed roads. So I ended up with this and I'm very pleased with it. It secures well and holds the phone with only minimal movement/flex. Positioning is of course slightly more limited than the other options (although the adjustable arm helps), but for peace of mind in terms of windscreen visibility or damage to the car, is a worthwhile trade-off in my case. Build quality feels good, especially in the function of the base and the arm. The cradle/holder is just average, but as these holders mostly use the same ball/cup connectors, I swapped it out for an older one that I preferred. A solid option for anyone in a similar situation.

Perfect does the job

Bought this for my Volvo XC40 MY2023. Fits well and tight in the cup holder with only slight vibration on rough UK roads. Yes it takes up a cup holder but nice not to have a bulky mount on the windscreen. Obviously it's a lot lower then a windscreen mount and does not have an extendable shaft to go higher so take this into account. It's adjustable side to side and you can lower or heighten but only to the height of the fixed shaft. There is another version that has an extendable shaft if you need a higher option but that version does not allow adjustments from side to side. I ordered both but returned the extendable shaft version due to not having adjustments side to side. Overall happy with the purchase and extra bonus the USB charging ports on the Volvo are right next to the cup holders so no more long trailing leads up to the windscreen.

It works, it holds the phone firmly and the base is stable if tightened into the cup holder. It seems well made and is quite heavy for this sort of item. I've had no issues using it. But what about when I don't need to use it? Well, this things base is massive! It doesn't really fit in any other place other than a cup holder in my car. So unless you want it as a semi permanent fixture, look elsewhere.

Einfacher Einbau und sitzt wirklich bombenfest. Ich war anfangs kritisch wegen den negativen Rezensionen aber das war wirklich unnötig, da das Produkt qualitativ wirklich ziemlich gut ist und man da kaum meckern kann. Man kann es divers justieren und fest/locker machen. Nichts wackelt beim fahren und ich kann mein iPhone aufladen.

Prodotto ottimo, resistente, stabile. Soluzione perfetta per chi non vuole coprire bocchette d'aria e utilizzare ventose. Ho un S24ultra come smartphone (bello pesante): zero vibrazioni. Assolutamente consigliato.

I was pretty happy with my previous holder but when I upgraded my phone I outgrew the holder. A friend had the Gen1 of this product that I really liked but then I saw this upgraded version and bought it instead. All the features I wanted from the previous product but with the added bonus of being able to pivot and swivel at both the base and the head. Great feature. I drive a lot of different vehicles so a holder that I can throw in my backpack and have it fit in virtually any vehicle and then pivot the phone to a position that makes it useful is paramount. This thing is heavy duty too and should last me a long time. Well done!

Idealnie pasuje do Audi A3 2017. Zastąpił mój poprzedni uchwyt, który po paru latach się połamał i już nie jest sprzedawany. APPS2Car jest jednak od tamtego jeszcze lepszy i bardziej dopracowany. Bardzo polecam!
