Have used this knife many times now with both veg and various meats, it holds sharp edge for a while in between a few rubs with the steel, quality.

Great quality, blade length is good, easy grip handle. Great for slicing through tomatoes and many other foods. Not too heavy for me to handle. I sometimes struggle with knives, this is ergonomically superb. And lastly was a very good price. Worth every penny and beautifully packaged.

Very well presented arrived in perfect condition in nice display box. Item looks good and appears well made to last a long time. Some steels can wear over time so how this fairs time only will tell. However overall impressions are of a smart well presented, well made, attractive addition to a kitchen so value is way up there to my mind. It's a steel so not much for it to do but it does it.

This is a very sharp knife. Actually i get quite anxious about using it after i cut myself having just lightly touched the square corner of the blade by the handle. Tip - Don't put it in the dishwasher or leave it wet. I did and it developed a spot of rust. My bad, i knew i shouldn't do that. The rust has disappeared after the knife has been used a few times so not too much of a problem. But do follow their instructions.

Arrived in good time &in good packaging. Knives themselves come in a nice presentation box in a sponge lining. The knives are as described pleasant to the eye and sharp. I also purchased a magnetic wall holder & they add a featured look to the kitchen. Have used on a number of occasions for veg & meat even the bread knife on home made bread & I have to say they are a delight to use. Would recommend.

Seems okay and fairly sharp on arrival and nicely weighted. Only used for short while so cannot comment on how durable the blades are and how well they keep their sharpness.

Great knives and wry sharp. Lovely to use with a quality finish. Chef standards I would say.
