I’ve been using the Routine Shampoo and Conditioner for a while now, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I am SO pleased with both of these products! Both products rinse easily, something that previous shampoos and conditioners have not, forcing a longer time in the shower and never being completely sure that both shampoo and conditioner aren't still coating my hair. I take this with a prescription drug so it's hard to say whether it is preventing hair loss or not, but I do know that I have a lot more hair than my mother did at my age (77).

I have only used this twice right now, but it has a really nice, subtle scent that is somewhat floral. I normally have to use a couple of different conditioners after each wash in order to have my hair be anything other than knotted up and tangly. My natural hair is very curly and gets very dry and unmanageable. I wanted to give this product a true test, so I used only the shampoo and conditioner. My hair felt soft and smelled nice. I did add product after getting out of the shower like always, but I could tell that the conditioner had actually worked. I can't speak to the thinning help yet- but my hair is only thinning in the front- the top and back are still quite thick. I think I also have a lot of breakage and love the fact that this product left my hair so soft and lovely. I would recommend this if you are looking for a nice scent that lathers well and a conditioner that really softens your hair.

This is my second order. I was thinking this is going to be a one and done. The scents are amazing. I could not believe the difference in my scalp and hair. I’ve tried so many brands. My hair is color treated. No dry ends, feels great and it looks healthy. I do think it looks fuller and less shedding. It’s a gentle but powerful cleanser. Have a hard time with conditioner but not this one. I’m 69 and found a favorite. Shoulder length bob cut. Very pleased. Amazing delivery from Amazon keeps me purchasing from them.

I just finished both bottles. At first I thought my hair seemed a bit drier than usual, but it felt clean. I am not sure if it's worth the price, but it is still a good product.

My hair was really thinning due to medications and health issues that I have. I didn't have a lot of hope for my hair getting full again, but used the shampoo and conditioner because I liked the way they felt, worked and smelled. I recently had to change hair stylists, and he kept saying how nice my hair was and how lucky I was that it wasn't thinning! I guess it works!!

This is the BEST shampoo and conditioner I have EVER used!! and I'm 60 years old. I have had thinning hair since menopause. I have also had "itchy scalp" no matter what shampoos or prescription creams I have used in the last 10 years. My hair is not only fuller but my scalp is "Itchy free" and really lasts a long time because you don't need much. Super smooth and tangle free too.

6 month update: A definite improvement. Still no actual hair growth that I can see but the bald spots are much smaller and looking fuller than before. See last 2 photos. UPDATE: It has been almost 3 months and I don’t see any actual new hair growth but it does look fuller. 2 before and 2 after photos. I use it twice a week which is plenty as the day after shampooing my hair looks a little dry and flyaway. That’s the only reason I didn’t give 5 stars. BTW I rinse with warm water (I refuse to take a cold shower) so I don’t know if cold water would make any difference. First review: It's too soon to tell if it will work on my thin hair, which has gotten to the point as I've gotten older that I can see my scalp. I'm 71. The shampoo and conditioner seem fine, leaving my hair clean and soft. I'll add to this review after a couple months when I see if it helps. One thing I don't like is the instructions say to rinse with cold water. Ummm, does anyone like a cold shower? Not me, so I'm rinsing as usual with warm water. I'm not crazy about the scent orchid/apricot. If I order again I'll choose something more citrus or fruity.

I liked this shampoo. It smells great. I bought grapefruit. I’d buy again.

My hair feels wonderful.

Does absolutely nothing for my hair. My hair feels limp almost like there is a waxy coating on the hair. Lots of tangles after washing. Incorrect scent received. I will be discarding the rest of this product.
