This is such a great little light! Perfect for reading bedtime stories to my daughter and I use it for reading on my (old) kindle at night. 3 different lights with various brightness settings. Battery lasts long too with an indicator of power for ease

This light is fast to charge, lightweight to attach easily to a book, and the light quality is excellent.

This is a handy little reading light. I think I prefer the neck band type reading light but not everyone likes to wear something no matter how minimal it is. This is where this comes in. It attached to my books securely and at first I didn't think it was that great at first because I was removing it and attaching it with each page turn as one of the pics suggested that's how it attaches to the book but you can secure it anywhere in the book so you're not constantly removing and reattaching it with each page turn which became annoying in a nano second. The stalk is tall enough that you can attach it the back of almost all books unless it's a large Encylopedia without having to adjust it through even the longest reading session. Talking of long reading sessions the battery lasted a long time as well. I like the fact that it has a light that obviously has no blue light in it as I often read before going to sleep and I don't want the blue from the other lights messing with my circadian rhythms. It's a handy gadget not a useless one. Been able to read without the main bedroom light on might actually save me some electricity as well.

This little device is very effective at lighting up the page of your book so you can easily read in darker environments. I like the medium warm light setting best; the bluer light is a little too cool for me, and the warmest is too orange. But, it’s easy to adjust to your preference, just press the button to scroll through the options until you find the one you like most. Similarly it’s easy to adjust the brightness, and the torch part can be tilted up and down to direct the light to where you need it most. It’s simple and quite quick to charge up too. But, it’s heavier than I thought it would be so can bend the pages up, but I attach mine to the cover of the book (back or front depending on how far through I am) and point it over the top. Some of the official product photos show it on a page but I don’t find that works very well because you then have to move it around, and it’s not that easy to slide about on rough pages. It’s a good little gadget for book worms and has proven useful.

As someone with fairly bad eyesight and an aversion to bright overhead lighting, I have always had some problems with reading: adapting to varifocal glasses and a predilection to like to read in darkened rooms with soft lights have always interfered with gaining any pleasure from reading. I have always resisted clip on reading lights, but was convinced to try this one on the publication of an eagerly awaited novel.Aesthetically, the Gritin book light is pleasing to look at; like a robot from a 70s cartoon! At the moment it is reasonably priced at £6.99 (on sale).It’s lightweight and easy to use. The three brightness settings and three light modes named mixed, white and amber are distinguishable and helpful. I found one of the modes (mixed) to be gray/blue and a nice halfway point between the white and amber. I have used all brightness and mode settings and found the brightest setting and the mixed mode ideal in a darkened room. The head of the unit is flexible and can be adjusted to point at the page or above it according to your preference, and any selected position feels firm and holds perfectly well. The clip works well, especially on most hardcovers, which is what I read. It held okay on some bigger paperbacks too. It may get in the way with turning pages, but with some easy adjustments you can easily find a workable position. The charging cable is included (which is nice as many little products do not include one) and the charge lasts very well. During its first stint it lasted about 24 hours without degradation. All in all, a lovely little book light, making it more pleasurable to read.

It has multiple brightness levels, and also three different color settings, which allows a reader to adjust the lighting to meet personal preferences based on where they happen to be located at the time. The LED lamp head twists and tilts into different positions, and the clamp also can be opened as little or wide as desired to accommodate a variety of different reading positions. I like being able to clamp the light on one page, but twist and tilt the lamp to shine on the other page for reading. I particularly like that the clamp doesn’t cover (block out) the area of the page I am reading, and I don’t have to secure it a few pages behind in order to accomplish that.I really like that this light can be recharged using a USB cable. So many other book lights I’ve owned have been battery-operated, and the inconvenience of not only having to locate and purchase the special size battery, but then to find a small enough tool to open the device and replace the battery is completely eliminated with this book light!This light is encased in a durable plastic, but is still lightweight and compact. Such a great value for what you get in this little package!

I just love this little light. I have a few portable/pocket lights, but this one has quickly become one of my favorites. One feature that really stands out is the recessed buttons. It might seem like a small feature, but it’s a game-changer—it reduces the chance of the light accidentally turning on in your pocket or bag, so you actually have light when you need it, instead of a dead battery!The material feels great in hand, and I’m not sure what kind of plastic it is, but it’s really nice, and the color really pops. A HUGE feature is that you can charge it and use it at the same time, which surprisingly not many lights can do. That alone makes it super practical for me.The light temperature options are another plus. This is the one portable light I have that gives off a genuinely warm glow, which is perfect for nighttime use. There’s also a more neutral option, which I use frequently. I rarely use the cooler light option, but it’s nice to have the choice.The clip is solid and also doubles as a stand. In my images, you’ll see how, with a 90-degree adapter, you can even stand the light up while it’s charging and use it at the same time. And yes, it’s USB-C—not the dreaded Micro-USB, which is another win! Plus, the light tilts and swivels, adding even more versatility.Overall, I love this light. The battery lasts a long time, and it’s packed with features that make it super convenient. Do yourself a favor and pick one up (or a few) for you and the family. Ich würde diese leselampe immer wieder kaufen, ich bin total begeistert. Die Helligkeit ist 3 Stufen verstellbar, so ist für jeden die passende helligkeit dabei.Einzig der Metallklipp macht mir etwas Kopfzerbrechen ob dieser nicht doch das Buch beschädigen könnte, ich werde zur Sicherheit ein Taschentuch noch dazwischen klemmen.
