Best ever supplement...my ChiroDoc was surprised with the way my spine rejuvenated after taking this supplement...no more popping my rib heads back in. Great for hair, skin and nails too! BTW, I'll be 80 soon!

I didn't really notice a difference at first and was about to stop using it when I noticed my hooded eye was tighter and not nearly as droppy as before. Now I won't go without it. The droopiness is now tolerable and no surgery needed.

UPDATE: Thin nails growing thicker/stronger I cant take 3 at once or get constitpated. Take 1-2 on empty stomach

My integrative medicine veterinarian recommended I buy Dr. Mercola brand collagen pills for my older dogs - and so I did! They don't need the flavor disguised... they crunch them right up! These are expensive. I will be buying the bigger bottle next time to last me a bit longer before buying again. My 70 pound, 14 year old lab takes 2 each day, and my 200 pound, 8 year old English mastiff takes 4 each day. They've had one bottle's worth so far, along with 500mg turmeric and 500mg vitamin C daily. I haven't yet noticed a substantial difference in how they move, but I believe these will help if continued. My dogs eat a raw diet and I give natural treats chosen to support their joint and bone health. This is something I'm choosing to do to hopefully reverse existing weakness (in her hips) for my 14 year old lab, and to delay any joint related issues that my mastiff might develop.
