Produces ice fast! Nice back lighting. Negatives-Ice reservoir is not large. Water refill doesn’t hold a lot so you refill once or twice a day. However easy to refill and see. Pretty quiet. Does make some noise when producing ice but not much different then when your fridge or dishwasher is on. We are a family of me, my girlfriend and her two teens and it keeps up. Ice is small chewable nuggets.

This thing is awesome works flawlessly and once it starts spitting out nuggets it fills up quick, i like the light but the wifi setup is a little wonky which is not an issue with me.

Update!! It’s been about 6 months and it’s emptying the water from top tray into bottom of machine when I first turn it on half of the water was gone into the bottom and no ice, then red light comes on. I’ve cleaned it as directed in the manual it’s wasting half of the tank water into the bottom. I bought an extended warranty hopefully they honor it because for 300.00 it should not be doing this after 6 months . I’m going GE next time..I’ve have had it two weeks, it makes ice fast compared to my last ice machine, I like that the ice basket drains any water, also the water reservoir comes out or you can refill while it’s in its drawer . I also hooked up the WiFi which was super easy, now I get notified when water is out, trays full.

Broke after 1.5 months. It worked well until right after the return window closed. This thing is worthless. It leaks water everywhere. Do NOT buy it.

So far, much better than the Ehomie branded one. Much quieter, and clearer ice plus looks bigger. A big plus is that on the other one, that died on 9 months, is that you don't have to open the Ice bucket area to add water. Just pull out, add water and push back in. And way quieter. Will update if that changes.

Loved this purchase, purchased it in September 2024 unfortunately today out of the blue it’s no longer making ice. It says bin is full but no ice is coming out. Reached out to customer support and waiting for a response back. Noise level isn’t too bad it’s not loud. Easy to use, and clean. Makes ice real fast.

The media could not be loaded. It makes ice super fast and it is amazing at that. Unfortunately it is loud and for some reason loves to make more noise than ice. Movie nights are fun to say the least, that is the only time I have actually used the WiFi functionality to shut it off while trying to watch tv lol

I love this ice maker, as do my kids. I love being able to turn it off and on from my phone, it makes it easy to turn it on prior to leaving work and have fresh ice when I get home. I also like the feature of the app has to set for the machine to turn on in a specified time frame. The ice is the perfect, small nugget ice. I feel that for myself and 2 children this makes an adequate amount of ice, and is easy for anyone to use. Not sure why but I really love the light feature on it for some reason. Seems durable. Only compliant is that I wish it was a little easier to empty the water from the bottom, but in the grand scheme of things this is just a small thing and doesn't necessarily change how I feel about the overall quality of the machine.
