The media could not be loaded. Husband put this up in 10 minutes on his own. I could have done with a little bigger but the next size was too big. Material seems fine. I actually like sitting under it. Didn’t get this for sun but for the rain. So dog can sit under it also in bad weather while I accept it won’t tolerate high winds and heavy rain. Nice cost area in garden. I was looking at Gazebos, small event cover etc. But went with this. As reviewers say we made sure the seems went the correct way round and have tightened the string. I am a bit picky with things in my new garden and I’m happy with this and the way it looks, chose grey and it goes with my garden.Update: light rain. Attached video. Rain proof but water gathered in the middle so I prodded the middle to drain it off. I put my washing line stand in the middle to prop it up and it has worked. Just going to buy a canvas cover for the line to make it look more attractive but done the trick! Happy dog sitting underneath. Doubt this would work in high winds and very heavy rain coming from all directions but who’s knows. Happy with purchase as I got this for rain more than the sun. See how long it lasts.

Came well packaged with clear instructions. Seems really nice quality and the colour is bright. I wish I had chosen a different colour because the midges love it. Sprayed it with some peppermint which seemed to do the trick. I used my hose pipe to test if it was waterproof, and it passed the test.I made it extremely tight, and even though the string seemed to hold it well, I decided to staple gun it too around the edges. Voids my warranty and I can no longer return it, but for the price I don't care. Even if it lasts just one summer, I think its worth it. The sun light that comes through changes to a lovely shade of orange. Made me feel as though I was on holiday. Protected my kids from the sun and allowed us all to sit outside on a hot day comfortably. Will also work as a bird poo shield to stop those pesky pigeons pooping all over my garden furniture.

Very nice, strong sail. There were no fixings with it, unfortunately, but I used previous ones. Looks great and brightens up the garden area.

I have no complaints, this looks great, provides great shade from the sun and keeps light rain showers at bay. This has been excellent during these uncertain times of lockdown - now that we are able to have family and friends visit in our garden this has been a great shade from the sun and from showers meaning we can still sit outside in light rain. The size is perfect for our patio and was very quick to install. We take it down each evening and don’t put up if it is very windy. This is great value for money and I am very pleased with it.

I find the fabric of this sunshade rather thin compare to my previous sunshade (another brand). I'm quite worry that it is not a sturdy material especially after long exposure to the sun during summer. Only time can tell! Very good size, colour and shape, providing good coverage to my garden. Good quality stitching.

Standing umbrellas are too big of our small patio being 1.5 meters wide - see photo! We have had a wet and grey August here in UK. Very little sunshine. I tested this “sail” on a number of wet days in early August. Fully waterproof! Yesterday, Sept 5th was the very first day of good sunshine. I put the sail/shade up with temporary fixings again and it proved excellent protection from the sun. The seams are well made and the ring/hooks in each corner are sewn in securely. We liked the range of colours and are pleased with our “rust” colour. The wind as well as the rain earlier in the month was bad but it remained in place. No tears, stretches or loosening of seams. so we are very pleased with the shade it gives us without taking up room around our sun chairs. Great product easy to fit and to packs away neatly. Very pleased..

I've been looking at these for a while, both the triangle sails and the rectangle ones and decided to give it go. After using a standard fixing kit found elsewhere on Amazon I had this up in about 15 minutes as it was going up under a pergola. The sail itself looks great, seems to be made out of good strong material and the seams are all strong and double stitched. We have had a lot of rain recently and this stood up well to both rain and wind. Although be warned after a lot of rain they do fill (mine is at about a 20-degree angle) but freeing one corner empties it quite dramatically! The sail was very waterproof, but I did find it dripped a little through the seam when it was full of water, but for normal rainfall, this will keep you dry. Overall, it was a great purchase, with good customer service, I will be buying more colours for different parts of the garden.

Should measure 2m x 3m but only measured 2m x 2.9m brought as replacement for old sail which was just right to fit my 2m x 3m space
