Great! This did exactly what I wanted. I make myself a breakfast sandwich in the morning before work, and while it may seem absurd to worry about the amount of time it takes to take a paper towel (this does it better) or wax paper (this does it better), I have my morning down to a science, and having worked food service for many years said "Why not get what people who do this for a living use?" It's worth it. Paper towels soak through, wax paper is a PITA, and this just works in less than 2 seconds, and works every time. I noted other people saying it soaked through. They didn't put the food on the waxed side. If you use it as you should, it works great. If you flip it over and put the item on the non-waxed side, it'll soak through immediately. So, know what you're getting and know how to use it. :) My only knock is that it's a bit pricey, so.... look for local restaurant supply places.

These are great & we use them a lot. No complaints.

Always keep a box on hand for use in microwave or when placing items in deep freezer. Price has increased since last purchase but still worth the cost.
