The tub is beautiful and the material is heavy duty. I had to give 3 stars because the lid had a leak on the seam and I had to purchase some vinyl cement to fix it. If their QC was better and customer support was more responsive I would give 5 stars. Products should be ready to use without needing repair, upon arrival. Other than that hiccup it’s a solid tub that keeps water cold. My 1/3 hp chiller is keeping the water at 40 degrees no problem!! UPDATE: I reached out to them about the leaking lid as I was not able to fix the lid that came leaking upon arrival. I did not want to return the whole unit to amazon as I use the tub everyday. They ended up sending me a new lid at no extra charge. I really appreciated them working with me and making things right. Things don't always go as planned, but I'm super happy they took care of me as a customer. I would 100% buy from them again and would recommend. I use the tub everyday and it holds temps at 40 degrees while sitting out on my patio in the hot sun. LOVE IT!!!

The tub overall is good as far as the construction, but the lid has a leak and I have put multiple messages in on their web site for them to finally respond after the 3rd message saying that it's only 2 of them running Frosty. I am 1 of 2 people that run a support department for a Point of sale company and don't take days to respond to a simple problem. The only response was did I find the leak. No I didn't nor did they give me an idea on how to find said leak. It takes days for the air dissipate so its not something you can hear. Adding more to this review now that I have heard back from this company. 3 weeks of going back and forth, them asking me if I found the leak with not suggestions on how to find until I asked and they mentioned they generally want stuff shipped back to them on my dime and they mentioned that people tend to accidently damage it and try and get it replaced under warranty. That response tells me that they look for any reason not to do a warranty claim. This lid was fine for a couple of months and just was sat on a table while using the tub. Photo is how much air is lost in 5 days or so.

Update: owners replied a week later and told me to patch it with included patch (and that I would have to buy some adhesive). I reiterated That this should fall under a warranty claim and I didn’t want to buy adhesive for the patch, they offered to send me a new lid and provided a tracking number the following day. Update: leaking air less than a year old. Emailed about warranty claim yesterday but haven’t heard back. Will update rating based upon their response. Original: Two year warranty, which I feel is unheard of. I emailed the company to double check and they responded that day. Easy set up and didn’t leak air or water. Happy so far!

Way better than other cold plunge I’ve had. For being completely inflatable, it is way stronger than the ones with metal poles.
