Superior quality
The quality is good, it was really challenging and the picture beautiful. But there was a piece missing! I work around 25 - 39 puzzles a year and this has rarely happened to me. It’s so disappointing to get to the end and not being able to finish it.The company accepted my return and request for a replacement. Will never hesitate to buy more from them!!

Quality puzzle - love the colors - and cheat codes included
Absolutely LOVE that the back of each piece is coded with a letter - so taking the time to separate and group all of the A's, B's, C's etc. made it MUCH quicker to do but still very enjoyable. Cheating? well... a bit but - still lots of fun.

Sturdy pieces, challenging but excellent puzzle. Would recommend
Purchased as a Christmas gift for my mother in law and she is still in the process of doing it. The pieces are strong and sturdy so I think this is going to be a great challenge for her. The colors are bright and vibrant. It is a challenging puzzle but the colors have some contrast so it should be a little less frustrating than a puzzle with colors that are more similar.

Missing one piece
Love the puzzle but was missing a piece… which made me sad because I wanted to glue it and frame it.

The media could not be loaded. Beautiful picture. Good puzzle construction with perfect fit. Absolutely no puzzle dust. And no missing pieces.It was surprisingly challenging for me to complete, took me a few sittings more than typical 1,000pieces do. I’d say it was a great value for the money!

Not what it said
This puzzle is awful. First it's not made of a cardboard material. It's like a plastic material of some sort. The puzzle pieces are not clear, they are very hazy. It was so bad, we boxed it back up and gave it away! It's a different brand than we'd been buying, I will go back the the Buffalo brand for sure.
