Follow the below steps first add the voucher here and then when purchasing the subscription it will give an option to add the already existing voucher. Don't directly add the voucher number when purchasing. It has to be added beforehand How to add voucher to account? 1. Voucher is genuine but it will add balance to your account which need to be redeemed to renew prime membership. However there is a catch. If you buy from retail you cannot use it to renew your business Amazon prime id.. no where in tbe page it is mentioned about Amazon business incompatible issues. After buying when trying to redeem it is showing retail vouchers won't work on business. Amazon is Amazon what is this.

Just go to Amazon, and then buy from Amazon account settings only.

No, it’s genuine not fake, it’s a process to activate shopping edition. You just add vouchers and redeem then activate via google chrome.
