I bought this to use for cold therapy on my swollen knee. It works very well. It fits nicely around my knee and the straps are long so the pack can be held into place very securely. The inside is soft so it's comfortable while it's in place. I can walk around the house with it on without too many problems. Once it comes out of the freezer it stays very cold for approximately 30 minutes, which is enough for me. I like that it comes with a sealable plastic bag to put the wrap in when it goes in the freezer. I much prefer this compared to the wraps with removeable ice-packs: it is much more convenient in my opinion. Also this was about half the price of other similar products on here, and it doesn't feel cheap at all. It feels very well made and well packaged. I like it so much I've ordered a second one!

This is just what the doctor ordered. Once in a while, I'll purchase an item that turns out to be one of my best purchases. This shoulder pack is that for me. I wasn't icing my shoulder like I should have been because I didn't have the right tool. The ice pack I was using didn't fit properly and it really just sat on top of my shoulder, confining me to a chair because if I moved, it would fall off. This pack is not only easy to put on, is pliable, and fits like a glove, it's the right tool for the job of icing my entire shoulder, while enabling me to move about, doing other things. I am much more inclined to ice my shoulder like I should now. By the way, I got it within two days of ordering it. Happy healing to me!

I’ve loved this for my rotator cuff and shoulder. This is comfortable to wear on bare skin and doesn’t irritate my skin. It stays cold for about 15-20 min. I wish it could last a bit longer for its cold therapy but overall very pleased with the product and use it almost daily after a long day or after PT. It doesn’t take up very much space so a perfect travel buddy. It’s thin enough to wear under a sweater. Great value for the money.

This ice pack stays in place and is cold enough for treatment but not so cold it’s uncomfortable. Lasts around 30-40 minutes per freeze but gets cold again after each use rather quickly. I’m a big dude (6’5” 268 lbs) and the largest one will stretch to fit around my torso but barely. Also it’s a little tight around my lower bicep and I’m not a bodybuilder so if you have a large chest or big biceps this may not work for you. Other than that this is great and does exactly what I need it to.

These are so helpful and convenient. I’m a dance instructor and got shin splints after one of my classes. So I purchased these and they have been so great on my healing journey. They are very durable and super convenient to have when traveling. I don’t have to worry about balancing the ice pack on my shins or knees, and can walk around with them on. It stays cold for a good amount of time and I like the adjustable straps so that it can fit snugly on my leg or when my partner or family members want to use them too!

What ever the chemical is in this wrap it seems to get a bit too cold, so I have to use extra padding between my foot and the wrap. Also it is a bit difficult to wrap around my foot.

My daughter had knee surgery. We rented an ice machine for 10 days after surgery but once we returned the machine we needed something to help with the swelling. This wrap is perfect. She’s able to adjust the tightness and it works great over yoga pants. Get to the perfect temperature. This was a great buy

If you’re getting your wisdom teeth out- this is a life saver! I wore this every 30 minutes on and off for the first three days and had little to no swelling. My doctor told me to switch to a warm compress on day 3 and this is perfect as you can also heat the packs. My jaw was mildly sore but the heat was crucial! Worthy every penny and very reasonably priced. Easily stays put and having four packs makes it easy to make sure you always have ice or heat ready.

Gel started leaking within 1 month's usage. Useless.
