Excellent soup maker Best product for the excellent price. The quality and the function of Wonderchef 1 ltr Neo Automatic soup maker is user friendly. Very easy to make soup and their guide of soups along with the machine is worth to follow and make soup. Lastly the warranty provided for the product is commendable and it shows the quality of product. Happy to make soup to stay stronger. I took extended warranty too. Extremely unhappy with the purchase. First order has damaged packaging such that it looked tampered and old. I raised for product replacement. Received replacement product immediately next day but unfortunately that product was also received in an open box packaging. No tape put on the main box which is surprising for a product more than 2k cost. Used the product immediately and the soup came out good but again here the soup was squirting out. I took care to not fill the jug upto brim still the liquid was squirting out. Then I used the clean mode but here the water was being thrown out. Please note I had used only 2 small cups of water way less than 1 liter Max requirement. The froth came out everytime the motor was spinning. Also the plastic fitting looks loose and have come out from the edges. No proper finishing. Very unhappy with the purchase and the brand. Cherry on the cake - I started receiving messages regarding complaint raised by my from Wonderchef when I had not even opened the box. Surprising yet scary as someone started messaging me on my WhatsApp asking for bill and warranty pics. This is really really scary. I have raised this. Kindly avoid buying. But from verified source only. All in all both the times of my order were a complete failure.

This is a great one stop soup maker. Very easy to use, chop the ingredients, add stock leave and the soup is made. The plug wasn’t Australian so I had to buy a converter plug.
