As the description says u need to do some sort of exercise before consuming it with milk otherwise ull be having a head ache and u will also experience much heat in the body. It works well on ur body
I had used it for 7 months and really worked in gaining weight if u take powder and capsules together, it actually took almost 6 months in gaining weight . The only minus point is its cost. The total amount for both powder and capsules its too high for a month. Bckz of cost I had given only 3 stars otherwise I would given 5 stars since it's worked in gaining weight
