The product is too diluted and is far from being even of a medium concentration. From 1200 milligrams of fish oil you are only getting 300 EPA and DHA. No details are given for 60 milligram fish oil which may not be recognised. The company's name is recognised and the product may be of good quality but the concentration is not what is required for tangible results
