VionicWomen's Awaken Ankle Straps Heeled Sandal

I'd been eyeing these for a long time at other stores but they were less expensive on Amazon. So I thought I'd give them a try. They are very cute and both straps are adjustable. There is good arch support and they are comfortable (especially with my arthrodesis surgery from 2023). The only thing is that they are kind of heavy. (I am 62 yo) But they are still a very good sandal - I just wouldn't choose to wear them if I was going on any long walks.

Very comfortable, did a lot of walking whilst abroad , they were adjustable when my feet got swollen .

I love this brand and these are cute, but the strap across the toes is very sharp and cuts into my toes. I noticed that this seems to be the case with about 10-20% of other reviews, so my guess is that it's because of the material or fit. I also found the foot bed to be very WIDE, more than my other Vionic shoes.

The leather is tough and very abrasive across the top of your feet. For the price, there should be no breaking in and the leather should feel like butter.
