I have tried a few of these incense sticks. You can tell it’s good quality and much better for you than the cheap charcoal incense sticks. Well worth the money. My favourite has to be the Oudh Agarwood. It’s a masculine smell. Woody and smokey. It fills my small flat and still lingers the next morning. I bought the Eucalyptus Forest to try next but sadly this didn’t live up to the same standards. Upon opening the box it smelled like washing powder. It was slightly better once lit but it wasn’t what I expected. Perhaps it was a bad batch. However, the seller responded to my review and gave me a refund which was very much appreciated. That’s great customer service. I recently bought the Citronella incense because I’ve been getting a lot of flies in my flat and they hate the smell apparently. These are meant to be used outdoors as they are very smokey but I use them indoors next to an open window. I haven’t seen one fly since using them. They burn for around 2 hours and the smell lingers for a long time. I’ll be buying more when I run out.

I am not one for writing reviews, unless the item absolutely goes above and beyond. I’m Pagan and I LOVE a good incense. Polo santo is one of my favourite and I saw this one amazing for a good month now. My favourite shop that I use to buy them from closed that due to the lady passing away so I thought I would give these a try. They arrived not even 24 hours ago. I have to say, there is no difference between the old ones I was using and these. They are extremely high quality, you can tell they are not your average corner shop incense. As soon as I lit one up, I felt calm, gathered, and even the house mates with anxiety started to ask what I had lit on. I love these and I just ordered a set of lavender too. The quantities is actually a lot and they are long as well. I love that there is also a variety to choose from. The advertisement for the incense and their effectiveness is spot on. They do what they say they do. Now what we all look into, is worth the money? 100% is. I do have to say, in terms of smoke, it doesn’t produce a lot of smoke, at the begging it does but then it goes into a calm state of burning through the incense. It might also be worth mentioning that it also helped with fruit flies. I was thinking to use a spray to deal with it but the light smoke of the incense actually got rid of them. I will be buying again. Thank you so much.

These sticks burn clean once you blow the initial flame out and have a wonderful scent that is not overpowering. I am new to incense sticks but think they are good quality and well and consistently made and you get a lot in the packet. Good box too for storage of these delicate sticks. I will certainly buy more from Calmveda when these run out and try other scents as well. I also like the printed enclosure in the packaging which tells you about the ladies who make them.

Nice spice smell but not strong. Doesn't burn too fast, like some brands.

For a long time I have used incense in any place I have lived (since a teen I’m now 35) the typical variety that burn black smoke and leave traces that are hard to clean up. Since discovering this brand, learning how they are made, the delightful origin story of the company and how they are produced along with the incredible scent that is so pure and beautiful, completely non toxic smoke which is crucial for us as we house a lot of domestic birds at home ,in conjunction with the fact as they burn they shed a white almost solid ash that is possible to pick up or wipes away in one clean sweep with no trace of colour, I simply could not recommend using this brand with higher recommendation. One pack lasts me a month burning for a good amount of time ,so great value for money, I burn daily up to 4 they light easily so easy to use , keep the insects out of the house and the scent has great longevity even after burn. I have even been giving some to friends and family as encouragement for them to make the swap and endorse this amazing company’s products. Eco friendly and made from entirely recycled temple flowers , I mean could I say more ! If you are wondering about purchasing, don’t hesitate further, do it ! Can’t fault this brand. Great variety of scents, this white sage is beautiful. Low smoke, charcoal free, average burn time 45 ish minutes. Glad I found them. I purchase all the time.

I was impressed with the presentation of these incense sticks the packaging is lovely, neat, and feels quite premium. You also get a generous number of sticks in the box, which makes it great value. Another positive surprise was the burn time, the stick lasted longer than I expected. They also arrived the same day with Amazon Prime, which is always a bonus. As for the scent, the white sage fragrance is definitely strong. While it’s a bit too overpowering for my personal taste, I can see it being very effective if you need to mask lingering smells, especially after cooking. Its intensity really does clear out other scents quickly. Although this particular scent wasn’t quite right for me, I’m interested in trying the rest of the range to see how the other fragrances compare.

Such a beautiful smell. Its hard to say if its too strong because I think its just right (to each, their own). It does get smokey, but not awful, just be aware. The scent lingers in the air after it goes out, and it has a pleasant dry down. It made celebrating the Advent season more special. You get a lot in the pack. Each stick lasts about 15 to 30 minutes and has a wonderful throw.

These incense sticks came very well packaged and contained a lovely letter from the company's founder. I was very moved by her story and the work she is doing to help women in India, but let's face it, the product also has to be good to earn return customers, and she clearly understands this because her product is wonderful. So far, I have tried three (the white sage, lavender, and patchouli mint), and they are each fantastic. I think the patchouli mint may be my favorite because I've never even heard of this combination, but it's marvelous! The mint adds that light, crispness to the deep, darkness of the patchouli and makes for a marvelous scent. The white sage and lavender are also great. They are relatively long-burning (light well, stay burning all the way to the end, ash stays in place and doesn't drop all over the place as some incenses do) and great a wonderful scent. I was drawn in by the founder's story and the emphasis on helping rural women, and I will buy again because the product is just that good.
