This is a great tea. I drink one to two cups a day, great for lung health and has a nice taste without adding anything to it. I have been purchasing this for over a year now.

The package arrived on time, well-sealed and in good condition. The contents appear fresh. Each product package contains 20 tea bags made from the shavings of pine tree cones. The extract from the pine tree cones is supposed to have calming health benefits for managing general stress-related symptoms. For the price, I would have liked to have more tea bags enclosed, but it is still a reasonable bargain. I could not detect any taste or aroma with this product. I will update this review for my followers as I continue to use the product. I hope my short video and pictures help someone with their buying decision.

I like this tea for clearing out the lungs.

If you are not used to dried herbs for tea, some are not so inviting on scent. This smells like hemp rope and horse manure. And tastes a little peppery. I however very much enjoyed it. That is just how the plant is. It does have many healthy benefits and I felt the positive effects within days ~ more energetic and happy all around. I didn’t notice any difference in my dreams, (like I have with other similar products) I’m very happy with this tea and plan on subscribing to it monthly. Amazing price too. Fresh so I could get 2 uses out of each bag.

The taste is OK! However, it didn’t steep well. In order to experience the fullness of the tea, you have to let it steep for an hour, or so. I will try a different brand for this reason.
