Hello! I am an active, healthy 35-year-old female, 5'7", 155 pounds. I fight constantly with water retention and bloating--during my cycle, when using NSAIDs, steroids, etc. I am terrible at tolerating huge classes of meds. I used this product to assist with dropping water after taking a gauntlet of meds that ruined my energy (and my ability to fit into my clothes). This included: starting a new oral contraceptive; a 16-DAY bout of steroids (6 days of methyl-prednisone, and then 10 days of regular prednisone) for an orthopedic injury; and finally, 300 mg of gabapentin for nerve pain, which also ended up severely bloating me. I'm off all meds at this point, except for the OC. I was miserable. I have tried other products that have DIM in them, but they gave me crazy cottonmouth, and to be honest, I think they were way too expensive to begin with. I love this product. It is extremely gentle, yet it doesn't send you running to the bathroom constantly. You just notice an increased "output," we'll say, over a few weeks. I didn't have any side effects. No upset stomach, GI issues, headaches, etc. Well done!

I am on blood pressure medicine and it included a diuretic (water pill) in it. I thought this supplement did a good job at reducing my water retention especially around that time of the month. I also didn't experience any negative side effects from them. This is just a herbal supplement so it's a very natural way to reduce water retention and really should not be the cause of any negative side effects (like some reviews are saying).

I read reviews saying these made people tired so I kept that in mind and it’s true they wipe me out regardless of the caffeine but I just take them at night:) so far I like the results as I retain water like crazy, I wake up skinny and as soon as I eat I look like I gained 20 lbs . I’m excited to see results after 30 days but so far so good!

I bought this & another brand at same time tried them 2 days each on opposing days. This one I had increased urination & bowel movements & tenderness in my breast dramatically decreased. I do have to take it 2x a day. Has no after taste & not too hard to swallow. I returned other brand will be sticking with Bio Sense.
