I just finished putting my new chair together. This was definitely among the easiest chairs I've put together and all of the parts seemed to be in good condition (not always the case with this kind of thing!). The chair feels comfortable when I sit in it. The lumbar support is a little more pronounced than I normally use, but I'm the type to remove lumbar support most of the time. It also goes low enough to the ground that I don't feel like my short legs are dangling, so that's a win, too!

Good office chair for the price point - easy to assemble

This chair has MANY problems and leaves me sore and aching every time I use it. It's not tall enough for me (6'2"), despite claiming to be high-backed. The lumbar support does not go down far enough and jabs me uncomfortably. Removing the lumbar support requires full disassembly of the chair. The headrest is too low, and the bottom plastic edge hits my lower neck badly. The back of the chair is not flat against my back (even after completely disassembling and re-doing the screws, the left side of the back-rest still protrudes further forward than the right). This chair will undoubtedly leave me sore and aching every time I use it. Unfortunately, I can't possibly get the chair completely disassembled and repacked into its box. It's just a complete waste of money.

This chair was delivered last night and only took about half and hour to assemble. The assembly video on the Amazon site was very helpful. The first time I sat in it I was very pleased. It's very comfortable and the lumbar support was great - the first time I had a chair with adjustable lumbar support. I've owned more expensive chairs and this one beats them all. The quality appears to be excellent. I expect this chair to last for many years.

Very comfortable chair for long uses. Could be a little more flexible but it gets the job done. A lot of the parts of the chair, like the lumbar support and head rest can be removed if needed.

This is a really good chair for the back support it provides. It was surprisingly comfortable with the additional lumbar support where in the past I have had chairs that despite the lumbar support and hedrest didn't work as intended.
