A premium cabin filter with premium results
I noticed a funky smell and increased window fogging in my 2016 F10 520d LCI. Given it was the last filter I've yet to refresh, I quickly concluded the existing cabin filter was going mouldy. Most people forget about cabin filters during their servicing (see photo for why you shouldn't), so I had no idea when or if it had ever been changed. I ordered this filter. It is on the premium end of the spectrum, but in my opinion, worth it. As you can see from the photo, the old filters I removed versus the new ones. It's horrible to think the air I've been breathing has passed through that mess. After installation I drove around and tested it, the difference was immediate. An exceptional product from an exceptional brand.

Great product
Great product, fitted perfectly and has made a big difference to cabin smells and air quality. Quite a saga to install in a 5 series but that is more of a car issue that the product. Good value for money, comes in pairs which is perfect.

One of the best filters I've ever had
Replaced a "lower" version of a Mahle filter with this one before a 5k+ miles roadtrip and it was hard to believe it filtered so much of exhaust or other smoke from the outside, barely letting any scent getting in the cabin. Worth paying a small extra this model is asking, for the performance it offers. It is doing what it claims to.

Quality not as good as last time
I ordered the same filter in 2022 and it was made in Germany, quality was good and matched the BMW OEM filter I replaced. This time the filter was made in Romania and the quality is noticeably poorer. Not as many folds so lower surface area, sides of the filter are softer and have a furry finish making it harder to install, it just crumples when push it in. Will change for a Mann filter in 12 months and I won’t buy from here again.
