Exactly like the regular salted pig tails you would buy in a bucket. Perfect for stew beans, split peas and my husband favorite mixed with veggies and tomato paste over white rice. It didn’t come with a bunch of salt or water that take up more space than the pig tails. Took me 2 good water dumps for them to get soft enough to finish in my beans. 10/10 would recommend

Not satisfied at all with this product, the discoloration of the brine looks nasty. I cook four pieces of it and it took over 4 hours to cook, it was still salty it tasted like if you was chewing on rubber not tender at all! How is my family supposed to enjoy this? Had to throw it away. It looks like it had been sitting to long for the brine to get and like that!! Not buying from you all anymore. I will definitely go with someone else I was just trying y'all due to pricing. It wasn't worth it. 😭 -Jermon 😔

Very fresh and good looking pigs tail. Very well packaged but a little hard to open and it’s totally understandable to keep the product air tight, since it’s liquid. Wished the bucket was bigger but I appreciate the product and it was well filled. Will keep buying.
