Quiet and fast
First of all I am no gamer, just a business user: I can only speak under that use case standpoint.I find this mini-pc an excellent deal. It is replacing a static HP Envy laptop which I have been using since 2020. This mini pc is noticeably quieter, which is an essential factor to me: I would not tolerate a noisy fan. The visible performance improvement is negligible, but it was expected as the various benchmarks are testing extreme conditions which a business user will never encounter. The big question (perhaps the elephant in the room), which cannot be answered yet, is durability. My HP laptop is still running strong after 4 years of moderate use, just with some new, mild issues possibly related to Windows updates rather than to its hardware: only time will tell how this mini pc will do.

Unstable and Likely Still in Beta
I bought the NAB9 hoping for a budget-friendly Mac Mini alternative—maybe this is a case of you get what you pay for. It started crashing randomly after just a few days, often with the blue screen of death. Some days it worked fine, then the issues would return.Bluetooth never worked, and the BIOS hasn’t been updated—it feels like an unfinished product. I really hope the manufacturer improves stability with future updates, because the idea is solid.Returned to Amazon after a few disappointing weeks-I wanted this to work.

Failed within 2 months
I had some initial troubles trying to get some functionality running on an existing windows installation, some of the drivers for the wifi, bluetooth, and ethernet needed to be downloaded separately as windows update didn't seem to manage to get workable drivers for it. It wasn't necessarily clear which drivers you specifically needed as they were offering some variety (intel vs broadtek, etc). While the PC was running, it was great, very powerful. Unfortunately, like many others, my unit seemed to fail very very quickly. Bought start of february and by mid march it had already failed! Didn't power on and unit seemed to receive no power. It's very unfortunate as at this price point and with the power efficiency at hand, it was a very capable machine, I just wish the quality was better.
