The pills are easy to swallow. I like that the capsules are vegan. That's important to me as we keep kosher, so if the capsules aren't kosher, then vegan is my next choice so I can make sure there's no pork derived gelatin. The ingredients seem quality so far. I'll update if anything noteworthy changes.

The health benefits are great for heart bones and aches.I suffer from diabetic pain in my bones and continued use of this supplement helps tremendously.

These pills were recommended by my doctor to help with Vitamin intake and it has helped with energy levels.

My medical doctor has advised me that I need to take vitamin D with K as a supplement, as living in overcast Michigan does not provide the level of sun exposure to give me a healthy level of vitamin D. He had stated that vitamin K is necessary for vitamin D to be metabolized, so I was pleased to see this combination offered. What I was also noted is that vitamin A, tocotrienols, Alpha Lipoid Acid and Ubiquinol were also in this supplement, giving me quite a wide range of supplements in a single veggie capsule! Taking this supplement is not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease, but I do believe it will keep me healthier. We are each given freedom of choice over our pathway to health and I've decided to give these a try, hoping to see an improvement in my future blood panel.

Vine review. This Vitacrllynmn brand A-D-K supplement not only supplies vitamins A, D3 and K, it also includes Tocotrienols, Alpha Lipoic Acid and Ubiquinol. While these extras are fine in supplements, they really should be printed in much bigger letters on the label. Specifically, the Alpha Lipoic Acid. I've had troubles taking Alpha Lipoic Acid in the past and because I didn't notice that it is in this product, I ordered it. I have taken this supplement and so far no problems, but ALA is one of those supplements that needs to build up. Once it does, I'll likely begin having side effects from it. I would rather have had this one be strictly A, D and K without the extras. I'll take a few more of the capsules and see if I do have side effects. If I do, I'll update this review. Overall, I'm giving this one 4 stars because of the A, D and K, but I've removed one star also because of the unnecessary extras, particularly the Alpha Lipoic Acid.
