I rarely ever write a review on anything... a product has to be beyond my expectations in order for me to do so. As a severe allergy sufferer most of my life, NasalFreshMD has been amazing for me. I especially love that both the rinse and suction processes are powered, thereby providing a very effective cleanse. The entire process is quick, extremely comfortable, soothing, and refreshing. And, there are easy, how-to videos that demonstrate the correct use and care of the device.A great product is even better when backed by a good warranty and customer service. NasalFreshMD comes with both: a two-year warranty and simply amazing customer service. I had occasion to contact NasalFreshMD through their website very late one evening and received a call from them the next morning... not a person from a call center or answering service, but from a company executive who had the authority and ability to resolve my concern within the hour. Then the executive followed up a week or so later to ensure they had completely addressed my concerns. I learned their goal is to provide every customer with a five-star experience... they went FAR beyond five stars. I only wish I could give them ten stars for an effective, quality-built device and extraordinary customer support.

I waited to write this review for a little over a week, because I wanted to be fair.As someone that lives in Houston, Texas.. I deal with really bad allergies, because of heavy yellow pollen! I also work in the night life industry, so smoke/hookah also plays a good role in my inability to breathe every few days.I was, at first scared to try this machine! I’m not very interested in putting ANYTHING up my nose. However, this worked SO well. I loved that you have the ability to charge it. It also moisturizes your nose & doesn’t burn at all. It’s not big & it fit under my sink perfectly. After using it, it felt like silk to breathe! I will continue to use this to save myself the hassle of allergy & hookah season!!I love it!!
