Very happy with the purchase. Great to cook with this. But I didn't get the silicole handle covers, which would have been nice to have, because the entire pot gets very hot. Overall very happy. 4 stars only because of the missing handle covers.

This cast iron oven is quite good quality. Its heavy as well. The bottom is quite thick and good. Food preparation is easy. The design is fantastic and eye catching. Its 5 liter capacity is sufficient for cooking food for family of 6-8 members. The cast Iron material is also rust resistant. The shine is quite impressive. Good Product

It's a decent product but the enamel has chipped fairly easily. Also, the lid doesn't close fully. It's a decent purchase but I'd rather go for a Lodge dutch oven.

I got this product in a leap of faith because most reviews were not that good. But their 3.5l Dutch oven had decent reviews. So bought thinking I will return it if not good. But it was well packaged. No damages and looks exactly like le creuset but in 1/3 of the price. It is very heavy as expected and provides even heating. Perfect for making large batch of Briyani. Go ahead and get this one if you are looking for a Dutch oven in India that affordable without burning a hole in your pocket. Edit - I have been using this for a month plus now and absolutely love it. Provides even heating with good heat retention and no chips of ceramic or nothing yet. Go for it!

While the product is an attractive one, watch out for the knob on the lid - that adds to the height and most Indian ovens cannot take the cast iron pot with its lid, on the middle rack.

I named her Penelope. She was my last year's Christmas gift. She came all pretty and robust. But that was just the looks to begin with. She helped me make the most stunning Panatonne that I could have ever made on Christmas Eve, followed by a delectabke 3 ingredient mutton stew. The slow cooking, perfect retention of heat and uniform heating, thick bottom and sturdy lid did the trick for me. Now I am planning to buy the smaller version to bake and cook more. This is something I would pass down to my grandkids someday. I have already checked all the shipping costs even if we move to another country. Trust me buddy, get your own Penelope. She won't disappoint.
