Excellent product

Comfort and Sound quality good. But 1 star as the mic has severe issues in relation to Teams running under Windows: many times it cannot route audio. Sometimes it works. Also mute doesnt work: when muting the mic, also headphones get muted so you dont hear anything anymore. I cannot mute the mic only and continue to listen to a conference, which is the basic mute functionality for any headset. Same issues are not observed under Android and it works fine with Android. But i bought it for the sole purpose of Windows & Teams.

Excellent customization of sound. The "voice boost" feature is great. I'm 60 and my hearing isn't great at home due to the A/C, dishwasher, etc. So between the "voice boost" feature and the superior noise canceling in this unit, make these headphones excellent. My battery typically lasts for about 5 hours on a charge, but that's because my settings are high and consume more battery than other people. Ease of use is excellent. Connectivity is automatic and easy. Highly recommended.

Tried to use this for work and it gave me a headache. My calls had a really bad echo and quality of the calls was not good. Overall it was a lightweight and comfy headset but not a good audio quality.

I rarely do a review, but I just have to say for the price these are the best. I talk on my computer all day and the quality is awesome. I really like the mute feature. Highly recommend.

Great quality and features.

I have done quite a few jobs and or focus groups from home and oh how I wish this headset would have been the one I was using. I have used quite few ranging in price. Some were considerably more expensive than this headset but no where near as good. The first thing I immediately noticed was how lightweight they are this is so important for any headset because it doesn't take a heavier one long before it's uncomfortable. The next amazing thing was the ear pieces themselves. It literally felt like pieces of fluffy cotton on my ears. Next thing was it was effortless to connect to my laptop with or without the included dongle. The distance for the Bluetooth to still work perfectly was impressive. I literally went out my front door and unto the porch with still perfect sound. Playing music through this set was wonderful. A crisp full body sound. They store beautifully in the including drawstring bag (no thicker than a average size hardcover book). The features such as volume are actual buttons (not the sensor ones where you often can do the opposite of what you really want). I tried a call to my sister clear crisp sound on both ends and noise cancelling works perfect as I turned my TV way up and my Sis didn't hear a thing. If I didn't already say and even if I did, I absolutely Love this headset. Highly highly recommend!!!!

This was pretty easy to set up with pc, and the sound of both incoming and my outgoing appears to be good (from feedback on the other side). Note that this headset has "sidetone", which I wasn't familiar with. Every time I spoke, I could hear my voice in my ears as well. Apparently this is a feature, not a bug, and helps you make sure your voice is being picked up and broadcast clearly. If you install their USB Connect app on your pc or phone, you can adjust the level of sidetone or turn it off. I wasn't sure if I liked it at first, but turned down a bit it is not too noticeable while speaking but it does help you ensure that you aren't muted and the call hasn't ended. Distance from the bluetooth transmitter (included) seems to be decent; I've tried it at about 30 feet indoors, with intervening walls and it stayed connected ok. They are comfortable and light on the head, though I will say if you are moving around they tend to slip a little bit. That's not a problem if you are seated in one spot for the most part. The boom is smooth while raising or lowering, and all the functions seem to work ok. Music and podcasts sound fine, and have enough lower end to fill out the sound ok. Great headset for at home work so far! One tip...I couldn't find the bluetooth transmitter at first, but in the cloth carry case, there is a small mesh pouch near the top and that's where it is. Hopefully that helps someone else!
