I got both a small and a medium. To be honest, I’m glad I went with a small as I wanted a bit tighter feel than the medium where it was like wearing a sock with no support.Keep in mind, everyone has a different foot as you have constantly been told. Everybody has a different arch support and things that they’re looking for. So reviews are really more individual based but maybe something within my review will help you.Got it for my ankle especially and I like look, the feel (thick but not overly thick or bulky; I can wear it with the compression sleeves just for the calf and then I wear the brace compression for my ankle on top of it and it feels fine to me. It actually really gives me good support. It doesn’t feel constricting nor does it feel like I have to constantly move my feet around in order to try and stretch out the material. They’re so well made I don’t think no matter how many circles you do with your foot which is always good for blood Circulation, is going to stretch or loosen the compression sleeve. It’s that well made. I love that it’s copper based which also helps with circulation and blood flow. It’s infused into the material and the threads therefore, I know I’m getting a quality product. It doesn’t feel like a knock off to me. The brace does not make my foot tired at the end of the day, which is a blessing from others that I have tried in the past.I HIGHLY recommend it!! :)

THESE work. My husband had a tendinitis and these provide perfect support. He did go to an orthopedic doctor who never examined him (I did not go with him to that appointment), wanted to do an MRI and gave him a HUGE and very bulky foot to knee brace to wear. It worked until it didnt' (rubbing part of his leg painfully). So, we tried these and he loves them. He has long, narrow feet (I think these are for women but this man with thin feet sure does think they are great. He wears them, they are comfortable, and the pain is pretty much gone. IF you to go to an orthopedist that actually examines your foot and leg and checks the fit of the big boot, that might work as well. You do kind of like knowing you did not break anything or tear a tendon, etc but...... For what it is worth, this strategy works for us. I am a doctor and could check things out but I do recommend you see a doctor and just ASK them to examine the leg if need be.

I work in a pretty physically demanding position and this helps provide the compression and stability while carrying heavy objects up and down ladders all day. Can be a little uncomfortable and itchy after long use though.

I don't know about the benefits of the copper... but this is the thickest, most supportive sock that I have found that has helped with plantar faciitis. The reattachable strap has been great to adjust support through the day. I bought 4 of these, so I have a fresh one for each workday. These have been a tremendous help in mitigating a problem I've dealt with for almost 6 months straight. Wearing these for two weeks, with the use of a heel pad, and I'm almost back to normal again.

These are, by far, the best foot/heel/ank!e braces I've ever tried! Very well made, and a perfect fit. The material is soft enough to be comfortable, even without a sock underneath, yet they give excellent support with a firm stretch. I've used them with, and without, the extra strap, which gives that extra bit of support when I need it. The straps are the nicest I've seen as well, made from a soft stretchy material. Even the Velcro is soft and non irritating, and the extra length makes it so you can attach the Velcro tabs in the front, rather than the back, which is far more comfortable and adds even more support. My only con is that I find, after a few hours of use, the strap can be too much, but I just remove it at that time and use the sleeve alone. I wear a small shoe, size 6 1/2 wide, but have a 12 inch circumference of heel to top of arch, and the size medium fits perfectly. I highly recommend this set of braces.

I love the support these provide. I have a hard time walking very first thing in the morning. I wore the straps to bed the last 2 nights and I could walk much more easily the mornings after. The only thing is, be aware of how tight you make them as I had to readjust them to not cut off circulation.

They lowered down my ankle over time after a week but they are very nice. I had not used the strap I thought 1 sock came in a pack so I ordered 2 only to find out 2 socks came in a pk.I do like that it says Copper. Anyway I would recommend. I probably should have got the largest size to prevent the slipping but I felt it would defeat the purpose of compression.

When I was diagnosed with tendinitis, I bought about 4 different braces for my ankle. Some of them are just too complicated to take on and off for sleeping, bathing and icing. This one is simple, with an under sock that affords good compression, and two straps that attach by velcro that can be adjusted to wherever you need them most. Two sets come with the order. I can fit my ankle braced in this under my Hokas. Altogether, I like the quality and ease of use of this brace.
