Very helpful for my recovery with achilles tendinitis surgery. I wish there was a way to buy a replacement pack so that one could be icing and one could be in freezer in order to swap out more quickly. The seam of my ankle wrap split after a couple of months and gel is leaking out. I had to put it in a plastic bag. I will see if I can get a replacement. There is a lifetime warrantee it says. The black material wrap is well made and comfortable. Great product, pricey, but works well.

Got this in the mail a couple of days back and using since then. I don't have a serious ankle injury, just using it as a preventive for a mild ankle strain. The package came with three items, the ice-pack with the gel inside, the ankle brace and a freezer zip-lock bag to store the ice-pack. The ankle brace is quite comfortable to put on. It has two sleeve compartments, so I had to take some time to figure out which sleeve the ice-pack would go on, FYI I felt it more comfortable on the side which is away from your leg to avoid frostbite. The brace has two straps, one to hold it on your ankle and one to hold it up against your leg. Both the straps are quite long and should be good enough for anyone, so even if you have a swollen ankle. it should work. Overall, looks like a great buy !

This thing is really fantastic. It gets very cold and wraps really tightly. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is that there is no flap at the top were the ice pack goes in so the pack falls out easily. It also makes it easier for the very ridge of the pack to come out over the top which is really uncomfortable on the skin. I've also used it on my knee it works really well I will probably buy more of their products.

This is the best ankle wrap we have ever had. It stays secure with adjustable compression allowing you to ice and walk around the house, if needed. The wrap has two layers so you can adjust the coldness and it stays cold for the full 20 minutes of recommended icing. It also works perfect on the neck. The packaging for storing the icepack in the freezer is awesome and was so unexpected. I also love the lifetime warranty. I'm so excited about this product that I bought the large one as well.

I really wanted to like this cold pack more. It is OK, but has some pros and cons. PROS: Cold enough. Stays cold for long time. I could ice one foot and then the other for 15 minutes each and the pack was still cold. Thickness of cold pack itself is good but could be a bit thicker, but that might make it even bulkier and harder to put on. Velcro on straps is great, but almost too sticky making it hard to wrap. Seems to help my Plantar Fasciitis a little but it could be better. Once you put it on, it stays put. CONS: Too bulky and hard to put on and wrap around the foot. You have to be a contortionist to put this on. Poorly designed for Plantar Fasciitis. It helps but design could be better to get the coldness to this condition. It needs to be on the bottom of the foot, the heel, and the back of the heel (achilles tendon). Top of my foot gets really cold which is not what this is advertised for. Design of this product is trying to solve several issues instead of focusing on one issue per product. If they do that, each product has the potential for five star products. I will stick with it for a while and hopefully get better at putting it on.
