Amazing item! I struggle with sensory overload around loud noises. I purchased these loop Experience 2 Ear plugs to try them out as I enjoy doing Aqua aerobics classes, but find the noise from the music overwhelming. I was a bit apprehensive as I have very narrow ear canals and struggle to find ear plugs which are comfortable for me to wear. However, these are perfect! They come with different sized ear tips which allows the user to find the perfect fit for their ears, ensuring comfort whilst they are worn. As mentioned I have very narrow ear canals and often need to use ear buds designed for children, as adult sizes are often too large and cause me discomfort. However, with these earbuds I use the XS size and it is brilliant for me! I wear these most days for over an hour each time and never feel discomfort! They are able to be used in the swimming pool too, unlike most noise cancelling ear buds, and are also very discreet when worn. I brought them on sale, but for the quality and comfort of the product I feel they are value for money even at full price! I would definitely buy them again and recommend them to other people who struggle with loud noises. They come in a small storage box which can be attached to a keyring to prevent it getting lost and to ensure you never forget them! I wear this not only for aqua classes, but also for other gym classes where music is loud. Whilst wearing these earbuds the base of music is dampened, as is background noise from people talking and general background noise in the environment. This really helps people like me who get sensory overload from loud music and loud background noise in environments. Whilst they dampen then noise of music, they allow you to hear people talking directly to you, so you are still able to have a conversation with others whilst wearing these. Your own voice sounds quieter, so it can take a while to get used to what volume to speak in whilst using these. However, this is a small temporary inconvenience, which resolves quickly once you become used to wearing the earbuds.

​As someone living with anxiety, ADHD, and BPD, these have become an essential tool for my daily life. I primarily use them when I start to feel overwhelmed by general background noise. They are particularly a lifesaver because I have young children, and my house can get very, very noisy! They are comfortable enough to wear for extended periods and the variety of ear tip sizes makes them versatile for different ear shapes. They are incredibly easy to insert and they stay secure once they are in. !! ​The One Major Flaw: The Case !! ​The only negative I have to say about Loops in general is the carry case. I have owned both generations and both have a very flimsy plastic hoop meant for attaching to your keys. Please do not attach these to your keys. I know with certainty that the band will snap as it has happened to me twice. Since customer service never got back to me regarding this issue, I had to find my own solution. !! ​Pro Tip for Security !! ​To avoid losing them (again, for me!), I bought a cheap glasses like necklace for about 5.99 for a pack of two here on Amazon, I just searched 'magnetic loop necklace' and I keep them around my neck instead. It is a small investment that has saved me from losing another pair. While I now use the Loop Quiet model for a great night of sleep, this model remains my go to for daytime sanity. Despite the paint eventually rubbing off the loop itself, the quality of the sound filtering is fantastic. They are priceless to me and while there are cheaper versions available, I doubt they reach this level of performance. Highly recommended for anyone with noise sensitivity or sensory issues. 4 stars because of the carry case issue!

Perfect product for a teacher

I bought the Loop Experience 2 ear plugs mainly for motorcycle riding, specifically to reduce wind noise on highway rides, and overall I’m pretty satisfied with them. They definitely take the edge off the wind roar without completely blocking important sounds. I can still hear my engine, traffic around me, and horns, just at a more comfortable level. That’s exactly what I wanted — noise reduction without feeling cut off from my surroundings. On longer rides, I notice less ear fatigue and less ringing afterward compared to riding without protection. They’re also very comfortable under a full-face helmet. Once inserted correctly, they stay in place and don’t create pressure points. The low-profile shape helps a lot when putting the helmet on and off. The included tip sizes made it easy to get a good seal. That said, if you’re looking for maximum noise blocking, these are more of a “filter” than a total blocker. At higher speeds, you’ll still hear wind — just reduced. For me that’s a plus, but riders wanting near-silence might prefer higher dB foam plugs instead. Pros: Good wind noise reduction without killing awareness Comfortable for long rides Stay secure under a helmet Reusable and easy to clean Cons: Not the strongest noise reduction if you want total quiet For motorcycle riding and wind noise control with good situational awareness, these are a solid choice.
