This vacuum is fantastic, it picks up just about everything on the lowest setting, perfect for cleaning stairs and high to reach areas with it being lightweight, definitely is one of the best budget vacuums you can currently buy.Pros:Powerful suction on all surfaces even on the lowest setting.Lightweight and easy to maneuver.Quiet operation with no-tangle roller.Cons:Takes up to 5 hours to charge.Short runtime on max power (12 minutes).Dustbin is small and requires frequent emptying.Overall, this vacuum is great for everyday cleaning. The battery lasts up to 50 minutes on eco mode, which is perfect for regular tasks such as the stairs, though the 12-minute runtime on max power may not be enough for larger jobs. The dustbin capacity is small, so it will require emptying after every use.In my opinion, this vacuum is ideal for smaller homes or quick clean-ups. Despite these, it does everything I need it to exceptionally well with no complaints.

Take it apart and wipe the different sections to check for trapped hair, fluff etc.Take out the little round filters on top and hand wash every now and again. (Don't put them back in wet!)TipHoover in the dark, the light shows up loads of dirt you missed!

I had seen the vacuum wars video review of this and thought I'd go for it. The unit itself isn't the lightest, but it does have good suction. I use this for carpets and it picks everything up even at the lowest suction Battery life is good. I can do a 3 bed house in one charge if I'm quick (lowest suction )Charge time is about 1.5 hours. It doesn't stand on its own..but neither do most of the leading brands, I went to currys beforehand to verify this. Cleaning is relatively easy and the anti hair wrap roller works. Operation is simple. Overall I would recommend this. It's a no frills vacuum that delivers and seems solidly built

Wonderful to use, picks up dirt and debris easily, I don't have to keep going over certain areas, it just sucks it all up, the dust box is easy to empty. I was amazed how much it picked up when I first used it. It's easy to maneuver, gets into corners and right up to edges collecting crumbs etc.It's lightweight and easy to carry upstairs which my old one wasn't. Charges quickly, and it's been used everyday since I got it. It's a quality product, and I'm pleased I bought it.

I've given this a 5-star review because, given the cost of it, it's a fantastic little vacuum cleaner. I would say that on its normal setting the suction isn't massively powerful (or at least, not as powerful as the more expensive brands) but it does the trick on my wooden floors (I don't know about carpets). The turbo boost is much more powerful but it does drain the battery quickly. As others have said, you have to empty it relatively often but that doesn't bother me in the slightest. The only thing I would say doesn't work so well is the 'anti hair-wrap' - I'm not quite sure what I'm expecting an anti hair wrap to do (!) but the hair wraps around the bit in the container rather than on the brushes - which is better than most vacuum cleaners, and easier to pull off/throw away. It's not quite 'lightweight' but its definitely not heavy - its really easy just to grab it out of the cupboard when you want to zip around with it. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

now I have waited six months before writing this feedback, I am wheelchair bound and can only use one arm so I needed somebody to vacuum for me, my last hoover was an Henry which was really powerful but too heavy for me to try and use, to be honest I did not think there was a vacuum out there that I could use, well I was wrong, this came in a small box, opening the box was the most difficult task, once opened the parts all just clicked in place, using my knees to hold one part so I could slide the other part in, once put together it is so light to use and again using my knees and one hand I can empty the dust bin and clean it out with a damp, not wet but damp cloth, and it is so powerful, when on turbo not far off in power from good old Henry. so if you have trouble trying to vacuum, this is a must. I cannot praise this enough
