Great product, great seller.
Item arrived in brand new packaging. It works exactly as intended. For anyone else with compatibility issues you must update the firmware on this device for it to fully operate. You can do this on a windows pc. Regardless, in running EPOS H6 Pro open back with this amp and they sound great. The best feature of this device is the chat mix wheel, which allows you to balance your game and chat volume. It works great, and no software is required. I highly recommend this product.

Buzzing sound
There is a buzzing sound when using this. I used the old mixamp and it was amazing so i wanted to try out the new one. I have to return this and find something else because of the buzzing.
