This is my favorite curry, it makes a wonderfully fragrant and tempting flavor, really wonderful on a cold, rainy day. You can prepare this curry quickly and easily, and it always turns out wonderful! This variety isn't too spicy, but if you're sensitive to spice, it might be a little warm.

Good product but don't let the label trick you, it is not at all spicy, medium is an extreme overstatement. Use hot sauce or buy the hotter versions. And yes, I used the right amount of the roux, at least according to the box.

This version is much more flavorful than the mild version without being too hot. Tastes great if you break off half a brick and melt it into ramen!

Always loved this product and with Thai coconut cream it's great.

Since one box of this makes five servings of curry, I love them for meal planning. I always buy 5 boxes at a time so I've always got some on hand! Even though it says "Medium Hot" on it, it's not really all that spicy at all, which is perfect if you ask me.
