Great quality for the price
Use these for hiking so I can still hear what is going on around me. These are great sound quality at a cheaper price. Highly recommend for anyone who wants to listen to music and still hear their surroundings.

Love Jlab
Love Jlab! I love these headphones, here are the Pros/Cons.Pro: I love the cuff fit, much more comfortable than the traditional ear insert. These sit right outside the ear canal and sound great. I use them daily while im at work or just sitting home. Calls are clear and others hear me well. The pod control is on the back of the bud which is nice bc on others I've tried; when I adjusted them it would hang up calls or adjusted volume. Not the Jlabs! Battery life is good, I can go 8+hours with them in and watching my show or music at work.Cons: sometimes I have to connect the case to the charger for them to reconnect to my phone. Also occasionally they will connect and disconnect despite my phone being next to me. Lastly, the range is ok, these dont go as far as my last Jlabs, they start to go in and out.I recommend to a friend and she loves them too!

For me, these are the answer
I’m a cheap Bluetooth headset-aholic. I’ve had behind the neck, around the ear, in ear, and probably more than a few other variations of headset options with even more impressive prepositional phrases.I read an article in The Verge reviewing this product and comparing it to a $300 Bose product. I haven’t used the Bose version (again, cheap Bluetooth-aholic), but for my money, these are fantastic. In just a few days, I’ve gotten used to putting them on my ear, which was a bit fiddly at first, but is now second nature. I spend most days with only one ear listening to my surroundings and the other ear buried under a blanket of sounds from podcasts or music, and this headset delivers right around 8-10 hours of battery life in comfortable fashion. An unexpected benefit of these, at least for my use case, is that they are interchangeable from left ear to right. I prefer to keep my headset in my right ear and I don’t have to buy two sets in order to have a spare to swap out, which makes these even more valuable to me.A few other random tidbits I was worried about, but which ultimately are not a problem are:Fit: I did the head shake test and they didn’t move. I did it again and they didn’t move again. I’m now dizzy, and they’re still there. This is a neat design and is VERY comfortable for all day wear.Volume: I was very concerned about how loud these might be, or rather how loud they wouldn’t be. I’ve had other over ear cheap Bluetooth headset before and was not able to hear over the car air conditioner in summer. I’m happy to report that these get plenty loud and do a surprisingly good job, even in noisy environments.Ruggedness: although I can’t comment long term, as I’ve only had them for about a week, the build quality seems very solid and the bridge between the front and back - where the flex - has not loosened to the point that I believe these won’t hold up for a very long time.Charger compatibility: I own a few other sets of Joan buds which have usb-a built in which I find annoying. These offer a simple usb-c port and I’ve not had any problem sharing the case from either low or high capacity chargers.Another reviewer noted that the touch controls don’t work on these. Although I’m not sure that will always be the case with firmware updates, what I can say is that I’m very happy to be able to turn touch control off as a feature within the app. I’ve never liked non-mechanical touch controls on headsets and being able to turn the feature off means that my music doesn’t get turned on inadvertently after I slip a headset into my shirt pocket for a second, which used to happen constantly with other headset I’ve owned from JLab.I’ll let you know when I’ve run into a con, but up to this moment, I can’t find any. 5/5

Not that confy
I have many different models/colors of this brand because I like the style, the quality and are super easy to connect.I decided to try these one, they look cute and work perfectly but are not my favorites. Wearing them for long time it hurts me and the controls from the back are not that friendly. I'm still using it, but I prefer ear buds.

I use this everyday but it might be causing hearing loss
The nature of this earbud is that it rests instead of being wedged inside your ear. With that, sometimes it's a bit loud in my surroundings and I would have to raise the volume to hear. And, I do think that is making my hearing a bit worse or it's affecting my overall hearing at the very least.Otherwise, it's nice and convenient if you are working from home by yourself without any noise.

JLab loving household, but these were a letdown
I have very small ear canals/ear anatomy, and earbuds have always been painful for me. My entire family loves Jlab products, and I was super excited to find these open ear earbuds made by JLab.Pros: good sound quality (you have to fidget to find the right fit for maximum sound), I could hear my kids when needed, comfortable enough (minimal soreness after wearing for a coyoke of hours), good battery life, easy to use.Cons: Unfortunately, I was only able to use these for 3 days. Today, the buds started quickly switching from left to right ear sound only and continued to go from left earbud to right earbud, and this continued. Eventually, the left ear bud quit working entirely. I tried to charge them, and I continued to have the same problem.I would have tried to troubleshoot or exchange the product, but after some deep-diving, it was apparent other people ran into this same issue. I chose to return.Longtime JLab loving household. Unfortunately, this product was a miss for me.
