Fast and easy to use shipping label printer
I’ve been using the Westinghouse Thermal Shipping Label Printer for my business, and it’s been fantastic. Setup was super easy with the USB connection and included sample labels, and it started printing crisp, professional 4×6 labels right away. It handles USPS, UPS, FedEx, Amazon, and more without a hitch, and the fast, direct thermal printing means no ink mess and no extra cost. It’s reliable, efficient, and has made shipping so much smoother. definitely a great buy for anyone sending packages regularly!

True love in a printer
Why did I wait so long to get one of these? No more expensive ink. No more expensive full sheet labels that bleed when it rains (we are in Oregon, where it is always raining). This was so easy to set up. I am in my 60's and even I could do it. I was printing off labels in no time and I am in love with this printer. Thank you so much!

Well worth the price!
This is the best label printer I've ever purchased! The setup process was easy and took me less than 10 minutes. The device was well packaged and secure. I've used several printers in the past and had issues with the barcodes not printing dark enough regardless of settings, or the label paper getting jammed, etc. This printer comes with the settings automatically set to the darkness and density needed for clear labels that are legible and scannable. It is able to keep up with high demand and bulk printing. Highly recommend. Well worth the price.

Built like a tank and works great on Linux.
The printer was extremely easy to set up, especially compared to traditional inkjet/laser printers. It took 2-3 clicks to have it fully functional on Windows and it isn't much different on Linux either. Westinghouse only provides a Linux driver for Debian-based distros, but one for Fedora Workstation/Atomic was not difficult to find on GitHub (tekchip/Westinghouse_WHTP203e_Linux_Drivers). I did need to enable half-tone shading manually for best results. If all else fails the "Zebra CPCL Label Printer" driver included with CUPS works just fine and it has a more visually pleasing half-tone implementation in my opinion.

Calibration issues at first, then smooth sailing
Driver setup was super easy and I can appreciate them supplying a USB stick instead of going online to download it. However, calibration was a nightmare if you have never set one of these up before. The quick start guide is very misleading, as the picture shows you put the label in past the sensor on the front. Do yourself a favor and do NOT do that. The automatic calibration with the included paper just doesn't recognize the seams like it should when you do that. I tried several times to calibrate automatically before the printer went into dump mode and spewed out 20 sheets of text before I opened the tray to stop it. When I finally got it working correctly, the quality of the label is great.

Great equivalent alternative to Zebra label printers!
solid printer and great alternative to the pricier Zebra. i had bought a refurb Zebra only to realize that Mac and Linux support are quite poor. Enter this Westinghouse: beautiful support across OSes, works great on my Mac, my Linux print server, and is now printing remotely all without a fuss. Labels print crisp and clear and really really fast!

Ease of installation and 100% immediate customer service.
Best laser printer. Very heavy duty, very fast conpared to any other printer i have ever owned. Love it for selling on Ebay. Very Easy to install on our 9-year old Mac computer, especially after attempting to buy less expensive brands. We also use Microsoft computers and love this printer for them. Another very important service i received was that someone immediately answered the phone (live) whom i could understand (their speech) when i called the Westinghouse Hotline on the back page of the User Manual! Excellent service compared to any other product I have owned. Apple isnt bad either!
