Smok'in fast mini-PC! Graphics are wonderful, WiFi 6E is the fastest internet speed you can get now via WiFi. Quality is excellent, easy upgradable SSD storage w/ 2 SSD slots.

What can I say, a great little desktop, way more powerful than I needed for what I'm doing with it (streaming to a TV mainly), but at least I know I have a nice little PC to fall back on if the main rig fails. Smaller than expected, quiet, not warm, looks good, plenty of ports, sets up just like any other PC.

UPDATE (29 Dec 2025): GEEKOM reached out to me and after some back and forth, recommended that I return the hardware for a complete refund; they also sent me a USB-C Multi-Port Adapter as compensation as well. As of today, I have received both the full refund and the USB-C hub. Although this was an unfortunate incident, I want to say that GEEKOM handled this quite well and based off of this interaction, I am raising my three star review to five stars. The actual hardware is five stars (so far) but I’m leaving three stars here since I can’t tell if the item I received was new/unopened or had been returned by another customer, checked by the company and then sold again (to me). When I removed the box cover I noticed the seal was torn, which indicates the above issue. After having conducted some testing over the past couple of days, playing AAA games, everything “seems” to be OK but I will say buyer beware when you first remove the box cover.

Final Update: I added one more star to this review primarily due to the customer service. The unit is compact and super fast, however I had a faulty unit with the power issues. Once I let Geekom customer service know that I had returned it to Amazon, they helped to expedite my refund which is very much appreciated. Update: Geekom customer service did contact me and after a few emails back and forth they advised it was most likely an issue internally or with the power supply. They did offer for me to send the unit directly to them and they would replace it. However, since I did the purchase through Amazon, I felt more comfortable returning it to Amazon and having them process a refund. Good customer service from the manufacturer, just unfortunate that the item was faulty. I haven't decided yet if I will replace it with another of the same due to other power issues I have read about on forums that were very similar to mine. I purchased this to replace an aging laptop. Using it specifically for editing videos for YouTube. First two weeks it worked great. Super fast, easy set up, no issue. Then today, it won't power on. Completely dead. Unplugged and re-plugged everything in, tried a different outlet, held the power button in for 20-30 seconds. Nothing. Sent a chat to the Geekom customer service, no response. So I also emailed them, so we'll see what comes out of that. Pretty disappointing after such a good start.

Purchased two of these, both with Win 11 Pro, for the purpose of running video security software. Graphics are outstanding, as is the speed. No burps or hiccups, like I usually experience with that large "L" named computer manufacturer...setup was a little time consuming (more of a function of the operating system and updates that needed to be downloaded and installed), but after setup was complete, these babies were running smooth and fast!!! I cannot get over the performance/size of these computers - AMAZING!!! Love them, and you will too, I am confident that they will give us many years of reliable use. Oh, one more thing, the packaging is awesome, very impressive!!! I am not going to throw away these boxes, they are quite nice, and are appropriate for the quality of the product. Like I say "Its all in the delivery..."

The product ( "new" Geekom G1 ) I received was tampered with and thereby a SECURITY concern re: potential malware. Rather shocking that Amazon would send along a "new" Windows 11 Pro PC from a Chinese manufacturer that has been compromised. Security aside, the product would not boot properly nor produce graphics.

This is my first personal mini PC. The Geekom XT13 Pro with 13th Gen Intel(R) Core(TM) i9-13900H 2.60 GHz processor and 32 GB RAM and 2 TB SSD is lightening fast. It is an excellent replacement for my aging 10 YO desktop. There is an open internal slot for a M.2 2242 SSD SATA Drive (limited to 1 TB) but I decided to add an external 4 TB SSD UBS drive for expanded storage and use the installed internal 2 TB M.2 2280 SSD SATA Drive for the Windows 11 Pro OS and other important software and files. The plethora of ports make connecting to peripherals easy and fast. Small enough to transport or great as a stationary desktop replacement.

Great product, fast and stable, excellent customer service from Shirley who is excellent with follow up. I plan to purchase another of these small but powerful PCs in the near future.

Edit 30/10/23 Dopo più di un mese dal reso del prodotto, ho ricevuto da Geekom un messaggio di scuse per il prodotto difettoso e per le carenze del servizio post-vendita. Mi è stato offerto un nuovo pc per riprovare il prodotto. Aggiorno quindi la mia recensione. Il nuovo Pc si è avviato regolarmente e ho iniziato a valutare caratteristiche e prestazioni. Nell’insieme mi è sembrato abbastanza veloce e non scalda molto, ma non ho avuto modo di testarlo con programmi con alto utilizzo della Cpu. Le istruzioni sono scarne con un foglietto di sole immagini. Non è indicato come entrare nel bios e quali opzioni sono previste in esso. Mi riservo di ulteriormente aggiornare questa recensione per valutare l’affidabilità del prodotto nel medio periodo.

5* por la relación calidad/precio, pero no se le puede pedir mas de la cuenta, mas bien esta dedicado para ofimática simple, ver YouTube, navegar.... Un miniordenador versatil para estos temas que ocupa muy poco espacio y te da limoieza en el escritorio, no para juegos un poco pesados, ni programas que consuman muchos recursos, yo lo veo ideal para niños para sus trabajos del colegio, instituto y occio(música, películas, YouTube, Facebook...), para nada uso profesional, para eso su hermano mayor. Decir del vendedor que es atento y formal, por lo menos en mi caso me solucionó mi cuestión atentamente.

I'm a newbie when it comes to the new mini PC's. Compared to my old desktop, which I've had for at least 10 years, it looks like a mouse against goliath. That said, when you look at its specs it's clearly a serious piece of equipment. It comes with Windows 11 pro pre-installed. Obviously I was quite nervous about a machine this small performing as well as described, but I needn't have worried. Once I had connected everything to it's numerous ports and to my 5g wifi network it was a breeze to sign into Windows and configure from there. A week later and all is not only well, but is performing way better than my old, much larger machine, which was clearly wearing out. I've also managed to expand the RAM memory to 16gb (double the installed). Contrary to what the sales pitch says the installed memory should only be doubled, as this is the recommendation for the Intel Celeron processor installed. You won't get any better performance by expanding to 32gb, and there are only 2 RAM slots in the machine anyway. The internal memory can also be expanded up to 1tb if needed. Everything on screen works super fast with no lag. Also the machine is extremely quiet. I've not heard a murmor from it and it's on 24/7. I also have my emby server on it, with all my media on an external HD, and the server works perfectly well. I'm trying hard to find any fault with it to be honest. For everyday use this is perfect for my needs. However if you are a serious gamer you would probably need a machine with higher specs. Overall I'm extremely pleased I made the investment. At the price especially, this is a bargain piece of quality equipment. It's solidly made, and looks attractive too. It's also portable of course because of its size. A big thumbs up from me.

Habe den PC jetzt mehrere Wochen in Gebrauch und bin vollauf zufrieden. Der Kundendienst bemüht sich sehr, mir gewisse Fragen zu beantworten. Die FIrma GEEKOM sollte versuchen den PC alternativ mit einer 512 SSD auszurüsten. Ich mußte eine externe Festplatte dazukaufen. Ich habe ein sehr kleines Büro, dabei ist es sehr schön , daß ich auf dem Schreibtisch ein kleines Gerät (10 x 10 cm) habe. Ich kann den PC wärmsten empfehlen; insbesondere auch wenn man viel auf reisen ist. Dann hat man nicht nur seine Unterlagen sondern auch seine Software dabei. DEr PC mit Kundendienst bekommt 5 Sterne.
