Order a size bigger. I have a 32 abdomen, so purchased a small. Belt did not fit snuggly around my abdomen, adjustment did not help. Adjustment strap was on my skin (7inches worth). Believe the bulk of the belt must fit around fully. Will be reordering a large to be safe. Good quality though.

It provides good support to your back, the material is good, it is not the most flexible but it is resistant which is important when you train with heavy loads... the Velcro is quite resistant, good design!!

Muy buen calidad y un diseño muy bonito, me funciona muy bien, si recomiendo que siempre compren una talla extra, ejemplo si eres talla 34, mejor pide uno que sirva del 34 en adelante, porque si pides el de talla 30 a 34, te va quedar muy ajustado. En mi caso soy talla 30 y me queda perfecto

Love this belt, but. I didn't think I needed a belt that secured closed until i got this one. It's way better than my other belt. The straps are fine for me but I never go above 36kg (79lb) so I can't say if this world work if you go beat mode.

I'm pleased with the product's appearance, material quality, and comfort during use. It holds up well to 15 lbs for weighted pull-ups. However, the large size's Velcro strap could have more adjustability, as it's a bit tight for my 38-inch waist; I think an extra-large size would have been a better fit.

Sizes run extremely small. I have a 30 inch waist and purchased a small size (30-33 as advertised). I should have purchased a large. This thing was too small.
