They are about three times the strength of most of the omega I see in the supermarkets and you get a one-month supply. These capsules are big but easy to swallow and I really like the tub they are in. I have been taking one a day for a couple of weeks now but haven't noticed a discernible difference in my health. Maybe longer is needed to notice anything. They definitely taste less than other fish oil based capsules I have had, but are not completely tasteless. They seem to claim quality credentials like working to GMP standards but don't actually mention whether they are certified or not (I am guessing not). They claim independent testing for potency and purity but I see no evidence of this. They also show a Eurofins certificate claiming its a pesticide test. It's actually a heavy metal test but since they contains fish oil its good to know it is low!
