Waterproof Cast Cover for Shower Ankle Wound Protector Bath Adult Watertight Cast Bag Showering for Surgery Foot, Ankle, Burns Reusable (A-Foot)

I bought this cast cover to keep my mom’s foot dry while showering her, and it worked as advertised. The material is thick, durable, and waterproof. The seal around the leg is snug but comfortable, and it was easy to put on and take off.

So far so good, I’ve used it two times thus far with another 10 days to go before my bandages can come off following knee surgery. The cover is extra long on me but that’s no problem. Water sheds off of it nicely. The silicone opening stretches well to fit over my brace and then forms a tight seal at my upper leg. I got the long leg no slip version and the no slip part at the foot gives me extra confidence that there won’t be any mishaps. Update: it held up for the entire 12 days! The silicone seal seems as tight as ever, no leakage, no tears. I always made sure that it wasn’t folded in on itself or anything that might compromise the seal while using it. The body of the cover held up well as well.

This bag has truly been a game changer! I opted out of the one with a non slip bottom because I'm not allowed to apply pressure to my leg. Regardless, this bag has worked wonderfully! Take a look at my video, the bag works great in the bath. It floats, doesn't sink (I've tried!). The silicone seal really does its job, although I dont put the seal under water. The plastic cover is nice and thick. Super durable and comfortable while wearing. The seal is not too tight. I would definitely use this again if I had to, hopefully I dont! Ha! If you're thinking of getting this but are worried about the price....dont be! Such a great deal for a great working product! 10/10 recommend!

I’ve been using the COMFYTHERA Waterproof Cast Cover after my bunion surgery to keep my bandages dry and protected, and it works exactly as I hoped. The seal stays snug around my foot, so I can shower without worrying about getting the dressing wet. It’s comfortable to wear, easy to put on and take off, and gives me peace of mind during recovery. My mom broke her foot almost a year before I bought this. For the longest time we just used press and seal cling wrap and her little cast wrap would get a little wet and she’d get zinc all over the floor. I don’t know what took me so long to finally buy one but this is the exact product we needed all along. It’s easy for her to just slip on, water does not get inside unless she doesn’t dry it off well before taking it off, and even then it’s negligible. It can be a little slippery in the shower so move carefully. The plastic and rubbery seal are thick, sturdy, and fit perfectly with extra room for larger feet. I totally recommend this for anyone with a weekly foot wrap on their broken foot to shower more easily. PS it is NOT for swimming. Do not submerge this. It’s just for showering!

Absolutely watertight! It's a little challenging to stretch the opening if you have a thick dressing that you can't put pressure on, but it may be easier with some help. The "boot" part is plenty big for a thick dressing and I love that it's reusable and that I don't need to use plastic wrap or medical tape to keep it sealed. Super helpful product to have on-hand to keep a foot dry.

Having recently had a procedure on my left foot, this product has been superb. It fit comfortably, was easy to put on, and most importantly kept the wound completely dry while showering. The waterproof seal gave me real peace of mind during the healing process. A very reliable and well-made product that I would definitely recommend to anyone recovering from foot or leg surgery.
