I’ve tried countless “for dark clothes” detergents over the years, and most of them feel like regular soap in a different bottle. Woolite Darks Defense is the first one that truly delivers on its promise. After several washes, my black jeans, navy tops, and even delicate fabrics like modal and rayon still look rich and unfaded. The difference is noticeable, especially compared to items I washed in a standard detergent. The scent is light and clean without being overpowering. It leaves clothes smelling fresh but not “perfumey,” which is perfect if you’re sensitive to strong fragrances or you layer on your own scents later. It also rinses out beautifully; no residue, no stiffness. What I appreciate most is how gentle it is on fabrics. I’ve been able to use it on everything from my dark athletic gear to dress shirts without any shrinkage or color bleeding. Yet it still gets out sweat, city grime, and the occasional coffee spill. It is difficult to find Woolite Darks liquid detergent these days. To keep them from fading quickly, I use it to wash brand new denim /blue jeans and any black colored clothing items. Nice clean (not flowery) scent. Glad I checked Amazon for this item!

Promotes gently cleaning for dark clothing. I would never want to use any other dark clothing cleaner. Fresh scent and leaves clothing soft and has nonfading qualities.

I've been using Woolite DARKS Liquid Laundry Detergent for many years to clean my dark clothing. It smells great and really does a good job cleaning darks and blacks without fading everything.

The product is fine and something I've been using for a very long time and have always been happy. For this order, I ordered 2. Upon receipt, I put 1 container in my indoor laundry room cupboard and the other in my garage cabinet. I opened the laundry room cupboard this morning to start my wash and found that the container in this indoor cupboard had a leak and there was liquid detergent all over the shelf and everything else in this cupboard. The other container stored in the garage has no leak. I did not notice this leak when I opened the delivery package and I did look since the 2 containers were packed differently and I wondered why. Guess i now know why

I have used this for years to wash all my black and dark clothes. It does keep dark colors from fading as fast, especially if you wash in cold water and dry on the low setting.

This is what you need to keep your dark clothes dark without having them lighten up. It is worth the extra cost to use this if you are washing dark clothes, compared to using regular laundry detergent that sometimes lighten up and fades the dark colors. This has worked well for me with the dark clothes.

This keeps our darks and colors in good condition. The fragrance is not too strong. I buy this repeatedly.

No, no es barato, pero conserva el color mejor que cualquier otro producto que he probado, también es un buen jabón en el sentido de que no es agresivo con lo tejidos. No tiene pigmento… también probé usar colorantes para ropa en conjunto con el detergente y sólo que se usara el colorante cada vez que se hace el lavado, se podría tener un resultado más eficiente, pero aceptando que en ocasiones el color puede variar.

Best product for dark clothing.

目前只用过一次，还看不出明显的效果，要多用几次效果才会显著。洗衣液好像比普通的更粘稠，我是冲着黑色衣裤不掉色的目的购买的，希望它好用

This product was recommended to me by my sisters. They swear by it that it works and keeps dark clothes dark. I have not used it yet but when I do, I will give another feedback.
