Rich dark chocolate flavor

This Cocoa has a rich dark chocolate taste. I use it with half and half and monk fruit sweetener in my coffee. This product is unsweetened and is strong and somewhat bitter without added sweetener. A tablespoon or so is enough for 12 ounces of coffee. The product takes a lot of stirring to completely dissolve in the coffee, as it clumps whether you add it before or after the coffee.

I wanted my chocolate ice cream to be dark chocolate in my Creami. This works perfectly and has a really chocolaty flavor!

I bought this looking forward to rich, deep cocoa flavour but it let me down. It has the bite of a good dark cocoa but it takes quite a bit of sweetener to bring out any true chocolate flavour at all. I mix it with granulated allulose with a dash or two of liquid stevia; add a couple splashes of half and half and it’s pretty tasty. However, I am going to buy a lighter cocoa powder and mix it in to bring out the flavour.

Excellent chocolate taste. The extra dark color gives the finished product a distinct almost black color but doesn't affect the texture or flavor of the finished product.
