10000 BTU Window Air Conditioner with WiFi, Smart Window AC Unit with Remote, Washable Filter, for Home Office, Bedroom, Cools up to 450 Sq. Ft

This A/C blows really cold air, and my room stays cool in this awful heat we are having. I have it a week now and it is working like a charm!

We recently purchased this AC window unit for our small home, and let me tell you, you would never know we don't have central air. This is a high quality, high functioning unit. Its quiet too barely notice its there. Would buy again.

This unit is so noisy Even on sleep mode If anyone has a suggestion on what to do please let me know Added!!!! This company is the best customer service I have ever seen They will do everything to make their products work I would use this company because they are the best

Nice and cold just what I needed for a 3rd floor

I live in a two bedroom apartment with very few windows. I bought the 10,000 BTU and my entire apartment is cool. Almost chilly at times! I love that it comes with remote. The AC does not make a lot of noise, which I'm grateful for. I'd recommend this 100 times over! It was very easy to install, and the slides on the sides of the AC move well and fit wonderfully to cover the open area.

The AC works great. I couldn’t get it to connect to the wi-fi/bluetooth which is okay I really don’t need it my room is small enough that when I turn it on it cools rather quickly.

This ac serves its purpose but the temperature it says it is compared to my other temp gage, which has always been pretty reliable, is about 3 degrees off. I usually use the eco mode to keep the room at a desired temp but it doesn’t really seem to work as you would expect. You would think it would kick on immediately once you lower the temp but it takes a while most of the time, same if you turn the temp up, it takes a while to shut off. At least that’s how other external ac units I’ve had would work. When in eco mode, this unit will usually only cycle back on for 30 seconds at a time which doesn’t really seem like it keeps the room at the temperature you set it to. I have to turn eco mode off a lot just so it will turn on and be cool enough at night. I will say my house must have horrible insulation which is why i got this external ac unit even tho i have central air. Not sure if that has anything to do with its performance but the app is also not great. Some features work and some don’t. Kept it bc we already had to return one ac and it is not fun.
