These are very good quality, easy to insert (you can add lube), easy to clean and easy to store ! I have the Willow Steamer which is perfect for sanitizing the weights after wash and before use and before storage. The only complaint is that the book is not all clear about exercices instructions. Only one exercice with the weights ? But you MUST SCAN THE QR CODE INSIDE because it will give you access to much more information about kegel weights !! Some written info as well as video about Dr Ali Schermer PT explaining the exercices and sharing info about the weight. I think they should put more emphasis on this !!!

Came just as described I haven’t used it yet but comes with everything described and more the weights aren’t to crazy and I have done my research on exercises and this seems to be a good quality brand. I think the colors are just like the picture

These have been a game changer and have helped me avoid the need for surgery.

So far, completely worth it! There are a few inserts where the size is incredibly hard to see and the lube seems to just make them pop right back out when you're using them while doing any movements. Otherwise, I've been impressed by the decrease in inadvertent accidents. I haven't had any kids, but with age and a long period of inactivity, my pelvic floor gave up. With every sneeze or cough, it was likely that I would be dealing with leakage. After using these every day for a short while, things improved significantly.

Took a long time to arrive but finally got it! And the quality seems great, never used anything like this before so I have no comparison.

I'm giving this a 5 star rating because I don't have anything bad to say about this. I had pelvic floor prolapse and my PT said there was product to help with the exercises she was giving me. It comes with a booklet of exercises which were many of the same ones she was teaching me to do.

These are fantastic. After giving birth to four 10 pound babies and several abdominal surgeries over the years, my regular kegels just weren’t cutting it. These have been great. They are easy to use, just take 15 minutes out of your day to practice with. Hopefully I will be able to avoid bladder issues as I age.
