This thing offers a killer ab workout. Easy to put together. Easy to move and store since it folds flat. Perfect size. Seems very sturdy. Great value for the price.

Great ab workout!
It was really easy to put together and came with all the tools to do so. It works really good! I have been using it randomly for a couple days and it has made my abs so sore. I was especially happy feeling my lower abs being sore because that area is always hardest for me to target. I am excited to see the progress of this machine that it does on my body. Easy to use, easy to assemble and it works. The reviewer who said careful about overdoing it the first day is right. You feel it but you don't feel sore but that next day you definitely do 😂 anyways I would recommend this ab machine. It is also very fun and folds up easy!

Had a slight issue. Seller reached out and corrected it immediately. Easy setup took about 10 mins. Would purchase from seller again.

Great workout but hard on your knees.
Easy to assemble and works great. The only issue is the padding that your knees rest upon. This wears down quickly and you begin to feel the metal on your knees making it uncomfortable to use.

This came in it's just as pictured and works great was worried about supporting my weight I'm 150lbs and the mechone is relatively small but sturdy , instructions were a bit confusing (part list) some parts were already screwed in so steps had to be skipped ... other than that easy set up and

Good but some problems.
Doesn't seem like a bad machine. I just receieved it, assembled it and gave it a test run. The directions to install are not as detailed as I hoped, I have 2 washers unused that are not showing in the directions to install. During my test I noticed the screen did not display anything? No instructions on how to trouble shoot that. Otherwise this is good. The test run i could feel it in my abs immediately! Will update if I hear from the supplier.

Love this equipment. I’m a mommy of 3 and work full time. I don’t have time to go to the gym so my home is my gym. This is perfect for working out at home especially bedroom. It folds up too.
