Good little a machine, slides on hardwood and carpet floors, easy to navigate with forearms support. However, it’s a hard not padded surface for arm support. I also ended buying another abdominal exerciser for my home gym and an EMS belt

Great ab workout! I love that it feels so sturdy and it’s not sticky. It can roll over carpet (I used an area rug so I cannot attest to regular loft carpeting) It’s quiet and assembling it was easy as 1, 2, 3! The orange is more of a coral or dark peach. I liked that also. Oh! It also auto returns.

This machine is great. Has a reverse system to help pull yourself back. I haven't worked out for a long time. So the insert, has sent different reps to do. Oh of course I didn't listen as to what they advised. Believe me, I you haven't worked out in a long time. Do as they say. I went went to work out the next day, it hurt so bad I couldn't. It works that's forsure It has the phone hold, and come with timer. Easy to set up

I thought the materials were too inferior, it’s light which is good. I used it for abs exercise, the rebound is good but because it’s so light weight and inferior it’s feels like it’s going to break in the process.
