Size I ordered was a size smaller than my shirt size so it would be tighter. Fits fine but not much sweat production really as I had hoped for.

The ONLY reason I gave a 4 star rating is because it talks about these vests run a little small, so I decided to order an XL vest because I figured a Large would be too snug, but the XL was actually a little too big, and a Large would have suited me better, but the vest itself seems to be well-made, and does fit decently along my midsection, and on its own, it may do the trick for most people close to my size. This seller is also very helpful with my inquiries. If you're looking to break even more of a sweat, this is the vest for you, especially for the lower cost!

So from the other reviews, I thought that xl would fit me perfectly but it’s baggy. I’m 225lbs and should have went with large. And since it’s baggy I can’t really give a review on how perfectly it would or doesn’t work. But if you like the baggy feel, go for the 225lbs but if not large will fit like a glove

I ordered the wrong size but my mistake and it is close enough I will work with it! I amConsidering ordering another but I have 2 concerns. First the came 3/4 open and a cut through the plastic bag -not enough to same age the shirt but. . . Second it did not have the zipper shown in the picture? If I reorder will it have the zipper as shown??Ed Fox

Works pretty good pretty much does what it's supposed to. However the product of smells rubbery plastic,try to wash it a few times
