My tennis forehand suffers, from among other things, a floppy wrist. This device gets the job done, but at a price. The user has to experience a stiff contraption that should be used for only a limited time during practice sessions. The benefit of using this device is that someone like me actually experiences the correct method for the forehand swing.

Very helpful to start good techniques. Can be used for different things. Easy to use. Remove the bad habit of some club players. Better to be used with a pro.
