In the past, I have had bad luck with red erasable pens tot he extent that some simply did not erase. However, I am overall satisfied with these as they erase well without leaving any marks or shadows. However, they deplete quickly so that reduces their value for money. I have bought several packs of three of these so these observations are not flukes. On the positive side, I did not encounter any dry refills. In summary, I recommend these pens but I would advise buying a larger quantity than you would otherwise as they deplete quickly.

They’re good, as advertised, I don’t have to keep buying new pens with these so it’s cheaper and can put ink in whatever coloured shell desired, helps my son get through his GCSEs

These refills are helpful if you use the red frixion a lot and want to carry a refill that doesn't take much space.

Having bought Pilot Frixion pens for my pupils to use in class I was disappointed when the inks ran out and I had to purchase new pens. An expensive way to keep my pupils happy but the advantage of these pens is the fact that you can rub out mistakes instead of crossing out or even tipexing.It suddenly occurred to me that I might be able to purchase refills as the barrel and rubber were still working.The refills have fit the gap excellently. For less than the cost of a new pen I have three refills - so much cheaper. In fact some of the children who have bought their own pens for use at home will now be buying just refills too.Thank you for your excellent service too. The refills arrived very quickly by post.

My son uses these for all his schoolwork. Very smooth in use, and the ability to erase definitely comes in useful. Arguably don't last as long as regular refills, but certainly no issues in terms of robustness (no leakages, etc).
